Starbucks in Van Nuys

“Great Starbucks with friendly staff, quick service, and consistently good drinks. The atmosphere is relaxing — perfect for a quick stop or catching up with friends. The only downside is the parking; spaces are very tight and the area can get congested with heavy traffic. Other than that, it’s a solid spot for your daily coffee fix“

“My phone was about to die when I was ordering— I am vegan and don’t know much about Starbucks, but I was mostly there for the free holiday red cup. I asked the cashier for a vegan-friendly drink recommendation, and ordered what they said. Unfortunately, when I got the drink I realized it had whipped cream. I could have asked for a redo, but I don’t like confrontation and didn’t have time to explain it wasn’t vegan. To give the benefit of the doubt once I got home I searched up if the whipped cream at Starbucks was vegan and it said no. Overall, the service was great, and the atmosphere was nice. My advice to fellow vegans— ask about the ingredients on the menu beforehand, especially if your phone is running low on battery like mine was. I just assumed they knew which was the vegan option. To the cashier worker, you were great just know vegan don’t eat or drink dairy products or meat—I ended up giving the drink to a family member, and they enjoyed it so it’s all good!“

“Always a great atmosphere at this Starbucks. Chris is an awesome barista and always does a great job making my drinks. The whole staff makes it a welcoming place to come in and get work done, especially when I’m juggling two jobs.

I also want to highlight shift lead Angelina, who always has a great personality and a smile on her face, just like the rest of the team. The store is consistently clean, and I really appreciate how the staff looks out for the safety and comfort of both employees and customers.

Overall, it’s a positive, clean, and motivating environment that makes it easy for me to come in, work, and stay productive.“

“Brian the manger prioritizes customer service. He made sure to come out of his way to help us out with someone who cut us off in the line. He handled the situation very kindly and turned a negative situation into a good experience ❤ love this Sarbucks and Brian the manger should get a raise!“

“Jahaira (hope I wrote it right) was fantastic!

“One of the best Starbucks locations I’ve been to in a while. There’s plenty of space inside with lots of tables, everything is clean, comfortable, and the atmosphere is really nice. The music isn’t too loud, so you can actually sit, talk, or get some work done. This place gets incredibly busy, especially with the constant drive-thru traffic, but the team still works very fast and keeps everything moving. The manager does a great job keeping an eye on everything and making sure the whole operation runs smoothly. Parking can get a little busy, but there are plenty of other spots nearby, including around the gas station. Really impressed with how well this location is managed and how quickly the team works even during a rush. Definitely 5 stars!“
