“First of all—how are they THIS nice at all hours?? I walked in half-asleep, speaking what I can only describe as “caveman latte language,” and somehow they translated it into the BEST drink I’ve ever had in my life. Not once. EVERY TIME.
Bella listens like she’s taking a final exam on your order. Cody has the speed of someone who may or may not secretly be part machine. And Davina?? So funny and so nice. I came for coffee and left with serotonin.
They’re polite, they’re funny, they’re fast—and they actually LISTEN (which honestly deserves its own award category). My drink is always perfect, my day is always better, and I’m now 87% sure they could run the country if needed.
Give them raises. Give them trophies. Give them their own reality show. 10/10, would trust them with my caffeine-dependent life.“

“Honestly every time I get my drinks here they taste SO AMAZING. They actually take their time and the end result is a delicious Starbucks drink that I keep coming back for. They also have a special parking spot just for us coffee customers. Keep up the good work and consistency! :)“
“I stopped by this Starbucks inside Ralphs today to pick up my mobile order. I was already in the plaza where this place is at so I just placed my order before you walking to Starbucks. When I got to the Starbucks stand inside Ralph near the produce area, the barista was already making the drinks.
I got two chai latte for my wife and sister, one of the chai was customize with soy milk. I also asked for light ice on both drinks. The barista made the drink quick and she put light ice like I asked. My sister and wife loved their drinks.“
