Great drinks, same as any Starbucks... over priced. Service is great, very pleasant. Only issue is mornings, the line backs up and stops traffic on chatsworth. But that's not a reflection on the business
I think your experience will really depend on who's on staff on the day of your visit. Drinks are undeniably, consistently good. Food are hit and miss. I know the employees are essentially just heating stuff up when serving the hot food items, but some of the staff will nuke them way too much.
