“UPDATE: I had no idea that the formula for Starbucks' Chai tea latte changed. Yes, they served me one before March 1 which was the new formula rollout date. But it explains my experience. Changed from 1 star to 4.

I swung by for a hot chai tea latte about 8:30 p.m. I didn't take a sip until I got home. Oh my god. I don't know what they put in it but there was a chemical taste. Chai tea lattes are my drink. I know what they're supposed to taste like. I don't know if they changed chai tea latte syrup or what. I started to feel a little bit woozy. Not going to lie. It scared me. I thought about driving back and having them make me another one but then I thought, what if whatever is in it makes me feel worse while I am driving? To play it safe, I dumped it down the sink. Won't be back there anytime soon.“

“I work the night shift, and I routinely get coffee. And I just wanna say... no matter how late I am to work, I'm getting my coffee. Their service on the drive-through is amazing ? They can get me in and out in less than 5 mins. Like.... other Starbucks get on their level plz! And the drinks are always amazing! Especially, since they can still serve the Iced Oatmilk Lavender Latte... I hope I don't reveal my identity ?“

“What can I say!!! Clean clean clean cafe and restrooms are highly important. It says much about the employees and supervisors when it comes to cleanliness at their establishment. Covid isn’t our friend. Washing our hands serving food and drinks to customers shows you care.

“This starbucks makes my drink better than any other store, I drive out of my way to go to this starbucks because of the drink quality and the impactful customer service of leeana at the window. Ive been coming to this starbucks for years and plan to keep it that way! 10/10 !“

This amazing young lady noticed I was crying and gave me the most beautiful words of advice. I really needed to hear what she said to me. “I barely write reviews and I hope corporate sees this But I just wanted to say I had thee most best customer service experience there, now This isn't my main Starbucks I go to but I was providing an UberEats service and Sara had acknowledged me immediately while also providing for the previous customers she gave me great brief conversation as well as offering me a water for on the go and Jorden was also great too they both made me feel that this is the Starbucks location I should be going to on a daily.

Keep these girls and acknowledge them for their efforts give them a raise if you can because an essence like thiers is what keeps that door revolving! Thank you for making my day!“

“This is probably the best starbucks I have ever been to. It's big, it's clean, it's super friendly. They also serve all of their drinks, hot or cold, in paper cups with paper lids. When I went, there was a group there having a great time, and they had dogs. It was so nice to see such well-behaved dogs and happy people just having a really great time together. The customer service was on point and quick to serve us. Other starbucks, take note. This place is really amazing. Keep up the good work, and I will be back!“

“I absolutely love this Starbucks not necessarily for the cups, but for the incredible service I always receive. The baristas here make every drink perfectly, and there’s never a long line.

Today almost turned into a bad experience, but Danny came to the rescue! He gave serious manager energy so professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the best way to order my drink, and personally made my drink, it made all the difference.

Because of Danny and the rest of the team’s kindness, speed, and consistency, I’ll continue going out of my way to visit this particular location.

“I've been to this place like around 7-10 times and stayed within it like 3-4 times. It's not as lively as other Starbucks nearby. Usually like 1- 2 customers inside. For me I like it when it feels vibrant and alive, so that takes it down a notch. The baristas have always been well informed and attend you pretty quickly.“

“Starbucks consistently offers good-quality coffee and drinks, and the staff generally do a great job. Orders are usually made correctly, and the overall experience is reliable.

However, this location is almost always very busy, which often means long lines and longer wait times. During peak hours, it can feel rushed and crowded.

Overall, it’s a good place for coffee, but patience is definitely needed due to how busy it is most of the time.“

“This place is great. The service is really fast and everything is clean. The restrooms are clean, tables are wiped down, and the drinks and food are great. I got the hot cocoa last time I was here and it was pretty good. The place was small but it was great. The photo shown is a different drink though. This place is good.“

“Love this place and the crew! I just wish Starbucks would realize that Oatmilk is said almost the same way as whole milk and each time I order, inside or drive thru! I have to make sure it's whole milk.Once and for all milk does not come from a oat.“

“Mia Rose, Eric, and Grayson were so nice and fun. They were very attentive and efficient from when we first walked in to when we were leaving.
