I've been coming to this Starbucks for yeaaaaars. Ive mostly had good experiences here but nothing as great as Valerie! She is so personable and has such a great positive personality. She's definitely an asset! I absolutely loved her!
I went in this morning because a Starbucks from Palmdale messed up my order they gave me a white chocolate Mocha without any espresso and I came to this location and 2 amazing baristas helped me out and created my drink again and just made my whole morning I wish I asked for their names but if they read this I want to say thank you to you both you guys are amazing and made my whole day

For the past 3 years, this is definitely my go-to Starbucks at 5:45 a.m. Several employees have come and gone, new ones have stepped in, and they are helpful and friendly as they try to learn how to make a multitude of drinks (not an easy task). As I rush to work so early in the morning, it is always nice to see the baristas, especially Colleen and Ari, taking their time to say good morning, no matter how busy they get.
