Starbucks in Northridge

“I am filing a complaint about a serious food handling and labeling issue. I ordered the Spicy Falafel Pocket because it is labeled vegan, but a staff member put chicken in it instead. I became sick to my stomach and threw up. This kind of mistake is unacceptable because customers depend on accurate food labeling for health, dietary, religious, and ethical reasons. Please investigate this incident, address it with the store, and improve staff training to prevent this from happening again.“

“Four stars because the coffee and staff are great, but the lack of accessible power outlets is a baffling customer experience decision. Many people choose coffee shops to work, study, or hold meetings. Removing one of the most basic amenities sends the message that customers aren’t actually encouraged to stay. If Starbucks truly values the “third place” experience, it’s worth rethinking this policy.“

“I stopped by here to get my wife her Chai Latte and since I was also looking at the Halloween decorations inside Target. We came like 30min before they closed so they weren't busy. I put in the order and the drink was ready within like 2 minutes. They have some dining table here if you want to sit and drink your coffee.

Parking: There alot of parking here since this Starbucks is inside Target.

Kid-friendliness: This place is kid friendly since it's inside Target

Wheelchair accessibility: There an elevator here to take you from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor.“

“I stopped by this Starbucks inside Target today to get a drink. I wanted the Strawberry Acai but they ran out of it so I just got iced water instead. There was only one worker taking orders and making the drink so it was slow but the customer service was great.“

“Standard Starbucks but the drive thru line prevents cars from going in and out of parking spots!

“My girlfriend ordered bacon cheese Guida and they were hard.. she took them home and called them and went back in for a refund... went back the next day and spoke with one of the supervisors emmaEmma.. must say i was very pleased with her customer service.. she offered us free drinks for our troubles as well as the refund.. she went above and beyond .. totally made up for the snafu and lost time.. .“

“Best service in all the lands. Hands down the best location if your concern is quality, taste and service. Today my stars got me a venti shaken brown sugar oat milk espresso the team member mentioned adding vanilla cold foam and caramel drizzle which took this drink over the top. This is my favorite location. Good luck bison hunting Catalina Island is a sight to be seen.“
