The customer service at this location is not good. the girl taking the orders didn’t even ask what size drinks we wanted. I ordered a venti but the guy making the drinks gave me a grande. When I told him that wasn’t the size I ordered, he was like, “Well she rang you up for a grande.” ??♂️ No apology. Won’t be coming back to this location.

This is my local Starbucks. I usually come for my morning coffee and breakfast around 8am. They’re always so quick to prepare my order. It is always accurate and tasty. The lines move fast. You are greeted by friendly employees. I came in today for a mobile order and the manager saw me waiting and quickly helped me look up my order. I had placed it in a different location.
