“This particular Starbucks is located in the main lobby of a Marriott Hotel. The employees were courteous and polite. I order a hot vanilla latte with heavy whipping cream and it was made perfect. I also got the egg, sausage and cheese burrito which was very good and actually filling. I highly recommend both!Wheelchair accessibility: There's a side door that automatically opens after pressing a button.“

“This is a nice little Starbucks, but not especially accommodating for people with laptops, it's more of an in & out kind of place.It's in a strip mall, next to an anchor grocery store, parking is a nightmare, but if you're eastbound on Ventura Blvd then it's a convenient stop, notwithstanding the lack of available parking (as many spaces as there actually are), and of course, no drive-thru service available.“
“I love this location. All the bad reviews are knit pickers. The baristas are always friendly, the food & drinks are always made with love. My husband & I feel at home especially when Ariel is at work. He’s the best!!!I would love it if all Starbucks installed a changing station in the restrooms :), but that doesn’t take away from how great this location is.“
“This store is always clean and organized. The staff is very nice and helpful. I like that the parking lot is huge and has many entrances and exits which makes for less traffic jams. They have a big deli and bakery. I'm just sad that they dont have a specialty cheese section. I have to go to the Encino chain for my drunken goat cheese lol It is in the same complex as a Starbucks, Panda Express and Chase bank, plus more shops that I'm missing“
“Good location right off the 101. This is a very tricky location to park at since it's in a gas station and the drive-thru always extends out to the busy street it's on. My drink was made perfectly, the four stars is because they were out of the marshmallow dream bar I ordered and they subbed it for some chocolate dipped Madeline's which were still pretty tasty. This spot is run well, just practice caution when pulling in and out of the lot.“

I miss being able to dine in due to Covid, but I recently came in for take out and was greeted kindly and the food was just as delicious as ever. One of my favorite places to come to and sit under the sun with some coffee & read :) I've been coming here for 4 years and I think what makes this location so special is their team! Their team members remember your name and they are genuinely happy to be at work. Evan has done such a great job as the leader here over the years and it shows by how little turnover this location has. Bailey, Jake, Nick, Yousuf, Randy, Amy, Clyde, Milan, Q, Mel, Eillish are all amazing! Also Q & Randy make the best flat whites in town“
