Starbucks in Woodland Hills

“Always extremely friendly team members here. Today especially I want to thank Trevor I believe he said his name was. My wife had a cup that someone threw out and he went out of his way to find this unique cup and get us one. Give this man a raise! He just made mine and my wife’s day!“

“I drove down from Orange County to visit family and passed by this Starbucks because it was my go-to spot during my university days at Cal State Northridge. While Ventura Boulevard has changed a lot over the last ten years, this store still has the same familiar layout—which I actually appreciate.

The reason I’m leaving this review is that this was one of the best Starbucks experiences I’ve had in a long time. Having worked as a Starbucks barista for nine years, I really notice when a team is running smoothly. The staff here were polite, friendly, and highly efficient—restocking, refilling, cleaning, and staying proactive; actually running a ‘clean play’ instead of talking and being lethargic like other stores I’ve been to.

The shift supervisor on duty (I didn’t catch her name, but she had a very warm smile) was leading the team exceptionally well. Honestly, the last time I saw a Starbucks crew this efficient was in Japan. Kudos to this store—I hope the District Manager/Manager recognizes the excellent work this team is doing. Seriously.

“Ya know... This location is so hit or miss. The drive-through is *Always* staffed by friendly people. But I like to go in. Except... It seems like fairly often, there is some interpersonal stuff going on, and all of the inside staff is in a growl. Yesterday, I walked in, and there was no eye contact from any of the (six!) people there for at least 5 minutes. When I pointed that out to 'my' barrista, she just grunted. I don't know, maybe somebody had died that morning? But it's a fairly common experience - just at this location though. What's up?

I know it isn't anything to do with employee treatment, because when I ask how the unionization movement is going, they all pretend that they've never heard about it. Or maybe the workers at this branch are actually that ignorant of what's going on with their company....?“

“This Starbucks is one of my go-to spots since it’s close to my home, so I come here pretty often for coffee. The staff is always friendly, service is quick, and my orders are consistently made well. It’s a convenient and reliable location, and I’ve always had a good experience here“

“I stopped by this Starbucks location inside Target when I was shopping. This Starbucks is not that big but it works for them. I got an iced water and the staff are very nice here. They made my drink quick and I didn't have any issues while I was here.“

“I believe that everybody will stop by here for coffee or something to eat before or after Warned Bros tour, as that activity takes hours. \nBesides drinks, there is a bigger offer of sandwiches and snacks than in some other Starbucks, I would say. \nYou can eat your meal or drink your coffee at one of many tables at the café. I also saw electric sockets at the tables so you might as well use them to charge your phone or so. \nStaff member taking my order at this place was very professional and pleasant.“

“Every time I’ve visited this Starbucks, my drink or food item ( I love Starbucks breakfast sandwiches) has been ready right on time when I order online, and the staff is always friendly. I really like this location cause it’s clean, has outdoor seating, and is set in a nice outdoor mall, it’s a great spot to relax or take a quick break.“

“The Starbucks has a decent amount of seating for its smaller façade width. Their bathroom is code protected and generally clean. Their staff are always friendly and relatively fast at making orders. Ivan is my favorite! Usually, I’ll take my son for a haircut at the Supercuts next-door, and while the haircut professional is working on him, I’ll duck over to Starbucks and grab a coffee. I especially like their new line of items that feature pistachio. It’s cozy, they’re fast, and it’s super convenient.“

“Few days ago while working few blocks away , my coworkers and I were craving for some coffee, and I decided to grab some caffeine to ease the heat. The girl who helped me is super friendly and patient, I believe her name is Jenna. Drinks came out pretty quick. I will definitely come back again“
