Nice clean place. Courteous servers. Great coffee and other snacks. Workers are knowledgeable and helpful about different issues that customers are asking about today. Lovely.
It is the slowest Starbucks in the valley. Only time they get it together is when they just opened. But after 7am. Not so much. The manager is completely rude. People are still waiting for there drinks. So far it’s been 10 mins. I’ve been waiting.
Wonderful place with the friendliest staff, I'am their olmost every day...

The staff are polite, friendly, and highly efficient—restocking, refilling, cleaning, and staying proactive. The baristas are very friendly, smiley, and provide great customer service, making customers feel very welcomed. The store has the same familiar layout, which is appreciated. The dirty chai is excellent. The location is exceptionally clean; the floors, tables, and bathrooms are all clean. The shift supervisor leads the team exceptionally well, running a clean play instead of being lethargic. This is one of the best Starbucks experiences, with a crew as efficient as those in Japan. Overall, a favorite Starbucks visit, and the team is doing excellent work.
