“This may honestly be the go-to sit-down Starbucks in West Hills. The indoor seating is limited, but the outdoor patio is what makes this location stand out. It’s tucked away enough from the street and parking lot to actually feel relaxed, while still keeping that energetic coffee shop atmosphere people look for in a Starbucks.

The staff here was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which elevated the whole experience. Drinks came out quickly and correctly, and the overall operation felt smooth and well managed. The coded bathroom was also a nice touch that helped the location stay cleaner and more customer-oriented.

Food and drinks were solid overall, but the real strength of this Starbucks is the atmosphere. It strikes a rare balance of being busy without feeling stressful, making it a genuinely good place to sit down, work, meet up, or just enjoy a coffee for a while.“

“This Starbucks was pretty busy and felt fully stocked and well staffed during my visit. The employee who helped me was excellent — friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful, which made the experience stand out in a positive way.

The interior wasn’t cramped, but the layout felt a little bland and overly straightforward compared to some Starbucks locations that have a warmer or more unique atmosphere. There is also an outdoor patio area, which is a nice feature in theory, but it sits a little too close to the flow of cars for my personal comfort.

That said, the drinks and food were prepared well, service was strong, and it worked great as a quick takeout stop. Overall, a solid Starbucks experience with standout customer service.“

“This is my go to Starbucks because it has the nicest baristas and it's a great location. I stopped in today for my usual and WOW! They now have the coolest outdoor furniture and many different seating options. I am so digging this WAY COOL vibe they've got going on and I'd love to take pictures to show you but all the people sitting outside may not want to be in a pic. Go check out this great location of great employees, great coffees and the coolest outdoor seating ever!“
