Pro: clean bathroom with no code required. Cons: they warmed up my coffee cake without asking which made it dry and gross. "Splash" of milk was more like a 3 second pour. WAY too much. Both of these, especially combined, were too much to complain about: they would throw out the coffee cake pour out the coffee. What's the point? $9
Place is clean and other customers are nice, however, the cashier I ordered from couldnt give a care in the world to be kind and had a lot of attitude. I was with my boyfriend and his mom and his mom ordered before we did along with 5 other people. They were only doing mobile orders rather than doing the in person orders which is not how thats supposed to work (Ive worked as a barista and in person is always the priority) my boyfriends mom waited over 15 minutes for her frap along...read full review

I used to love this Starbucks, I will no longer come to this one. I ordered a white choc mocha frapp, I got a white cream frapp. I went to the cashier guy who took my order and he insisted what I got was a white mocha frapp. How is it the same drink when what I got didn't even have a trace of mocha. I just left, I didn't want to waste anymore of my time. If you're gonna work at Starbucks know the differences between each drinks!!!
