Delicious coffee and snacks ,very nice lovely helpful employees <3
Visited this location twice and on both occasions this Starbucks has been consistent with exceptional, friendly, and fast service. I enjoy grabbing my refresher and connecting to the WiFi to work on my computer.
No outlets sadly

This Starbucks Coffee Company in West Hills is a go-to sit-down location. The indoor seating is limited, but the outdoor patio makes this location stand out. It is tucked away enough from the street and parking lot to feel relaxed, while keeping an energetic coffee shop atmosphere. The staff is exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and consistently helpful. Baristas like Meah, Logan, Javier, and Ilcia go above and beyond, often remembering regular orders and helping with drinks. The service is consistently outstanding, with drinks coming out quickly and correctly. The store is always clean, and the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. The coded bathroom is a nice touch that keeps the location cleaner. Food and drinks are solid overall, but the real strength is the atmosphere. It strikes a rare balance of being busy without feeling stressful, making it a good place to sit down, work, meet up, or enjoy a coffee. The managers' leadership is evident in the happy, efficient staff, making every visit a pleasure.
