“Just moved into Simi Valley last week and this has been my go to coffee shop for the last couple days early morning. The staff here are really friendly! So that is a plus, the location is newly remodeled and it's absolutely gorgeous, and it matches the more modern Starbucks locations I've seen throughout the valley. I have a go to order, always getting an oat milk latte. The last couple times I've noticed they can probably dial back the steam because that oat milk burns so quickly! Otherwise, I'm super super pleased with this location cannot wait to come back! Thank you so much for putting in that time and effort every morning making sure my order is right!“
“It is actually very nice to have this brand new Starbucks location opened within a mile from my home. It is in a very convenient spot to get in and out of, and the service is always professional and fairly efficient. The quality of the coffee is standard to all Starbucks, but locations vary in customer service, significantly.The dining area is small, but adequate for some people to come in and meet and or enjoy a quick meal and coffee. I often see people working on the computers; so there's that.“
“Food & drinks are always superb, of course, but this location has EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! These people are beyond amazing and always go out of their way to ensure the best experience. Although every employee we've interacted w/ is great, Kristy (spelling?) always exceeds expectations. She's attentive & professional, while also being personable & upbeat. “I stopped this Starbucks inside Target today since I was already coming to Target to pick up my order. This Starbucks is not that big like the rest of Starbucks in other Target store. When I came in the morning, they only had 1 barista working. I got the grande Mango Dragonfruit and asked for light ice. You save a little if you pay with your Target Red Card so be aware of that. It didn't long for my drink to come out and he actually filled my drink to the top with less ice. Some barista will give you less of the drink just because you asked for light ice. My drink was good and I was happy with my drink.Vegetarian options: There not a lot of options here for vegetarian.Parking: There alot of parking spots in the plaza where Target is in.Kid-friendliness: This place is kid friendly because it's inside TargetWheelchair accessibility: This place is wheelchair accessible“
“You walk in and there are young people everywhere. Clearly this is their hang out. There was a very long line at the register but no one was taking orders. The girl with the black shirt was standing around talking about mom work stuff. so I spoke up to her and said "Is anyone taking orders?" So then she came over and started taking orders. The floors were very dirty. The workers all were working hard though. They were all friendly. Just the one slacking incident in the beginning. I must say that they made the best drink I have ever had which was a expresso frap with caramel drizzle. It was perfect and the Best drink ever!“
“This starbucks is insanely good! Drinks and food are always top tier! The service is phenomenal especially Lysette she is the absolute sweetest there !! All the workers here set off such an amazing ambiance to work or just chat in except Melody she' is absolutely so insanely rude and disrespectful to not only the guests but also her fellow coworkers! I can't believe someone would talk in such an awful manner to anyone let alone their status. She love to talk rudely about workers and guests. I used to love coming here everyday for the service and now she has completely ruined that. Personally it makes me sad that people like this are so entitled in the world. She needs to be sat down with and had a talk about her way of going about things. I get it life can be hard but she makes it harder for herself and everyone around her. “Going into Albertsons on Madera for a passion ice tea is a joy. Not the long lines, quick service and one can have a conversation with the barista . Of course I'm not a every day tea person. Hot chocolate in winter and ice tea during warm weather.“
“This is the one Starbucks in Simi Valley that always gets my order correct! They are super friendly every time I come in. I always use the mobile ordering and they have it ready within 10 minutes, no matter how many drinks or food items I order.
