“Crossroads Starbucks at Lewis and Las Posas is my favorite due to the awesome baristas and the location. It gets pretty busy though because it is right by Rancho Campana HS and at the bottom of Upland Rd. It's a very convenient spot unless it's packed.“
“I've always been curious when My fiance and I both order the same exact drink every time , why does the price always change? Regardless, the workers here are always on top of their game. Even long lines are no more than 10 minutes or 15 at the most.“
“This is by far my favorite Starbucks location in Ventura County. I usually prefer a Starbucks with a drive-thru, just easier. But everytime I go inside this one, I’m met with friendly baristas and my order is always good. I think my drinks only needed to be adjusted twice in all the times I’ve gone in the last year, and they were wonderful about it.I’m sorry to say I’m blanking on names right now (will edit when I recall), but a two months ago I was having a horrible week having lost my grandfather, dealing with the funeral. And this one barista made my day. It was slow and we chatted while she made my coffee. Told her how I appreciated it. Like I know it seems silly, it’s just coffee, but sometimes the perfect coffee really does make your whole day. And she added a lot of joy to a very difficult week.Every barista I’ve spoken too, has been wonderful. Their demeanor, their customer service, how they make my drinks. I appreciate this locations attention to customer experience so much. Thank you all!Yesterday Carly and, I believe Adrianna was her name.. helped me and were very kind. I do remember Carly from previous visits and she’s always so peppy. You can really tell she enjoys what she does.How the team is as a whole—speaks volumes to the management here. Y’all are amazing!Lastly, the Lavender Cold Foam is surprisingly delicious!! Very excited for the spring addition.Dietary restrictions: One thing I love about Starbucks is the variety of alternative milks. Soy, almond, oat, coconut. Really appreciate having so many options.Parking: Plenty of parking. Sometimes it’s a big crowded tho, and it’s a bit tight when it’s busy.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy street access to the shop.“

“I’m not 1,000 percent sure that I ordered the right drink. I was at the time, I insisted the young lady make me the drink that I had ordered for free! ?I went Karen on her. I stormed out & returned and insisted they make me my drink that I had ordered for free! I stood there standing yelling into my phone searching for the owner of the Starbucks. The lady made the drink, I am afraid to drink it, and said she would pay for it! How much is she making, minimum wage? I paid the difference and left the area. My mask and sheild could not hide what I was feeling? ?I ended up throw it away! What if she spit in it? I drove to another Starbucks five blocks away from my house in the other direction and ordered my drink. What can I say it’s the Covid-19???“
“Located in a small parking lot, drive-thru line gets a bit long. Inside is quick service. I got a regular no-frills coffee and cold pastry. I received my coffee at the register and had to wait for my cold pastry. I was waiting...finally looked on the counter and my pastry was there. There was no call out of my name. There is no counter with sugars or cream/milk available for self-serve. Not sure if this is a regular thing now, post-Covid. Nice outside patio seating. The dining room was comfortable. If you're near this store, stop in!“
“My local Starbucks next to Ralph's definitely provides that homey feeling. People come to gather to catch-up with friends, or the local biking club will get their morning cup. I've "worked from home" at this Starbucks a few times in their inside oroutside chairs As seen in the picture they will go the extra mile to make you smile with stickers or words of encouragement. Sometimes ( not all the time, their service can be faster than it is, but they are working on it.)“
