“I really wish I got the names of the employees who worked at this location this morning but it was a man and a woman.... of course as we come in we are greeted w an high energy man w good energy and he takes our order. Soon after we get our drinks in great time and they were all so yummy! Well sadly when we first got them one had spilled all over the place ! Literally on the floor , the seat, and my kid. They were so kind as to clean it up so quickly w very kind words ensuring us that it was no problem . They also made us another one and didn't charge for it even tho we offered to pay. I thought the people who were working today did a great job ! Thanks for being so kind , and helping us w the situation in a calm/centered way!!! you don't see that too often now a days. :)“
“I’ve been bringing my daughter here on Monday mornings to take her on a date before I bring her to school. The staff is super friendly and this is a great little environment. We’re always able to find a table where we can have a conversation about life and what’s going on. Oh yeah and the coffee is good too. Don’t forget that.“

“All of the electrical sockets have been covered with blank plates so there is nowhere to plug in your computer or phone chargers if needed. Makes it difficult to study or get work done even for an hour or so with your coffee/lunch without planning ahead.“

“I pick up Starbucks DAILY. This is BY FAR, the most cheery, friendly and all around amazing Starbs, which is actually the main reason I'm doing this review, they deserve recognition. I see the same employees during the day, around town, at times, and they are just as sweet, out of work, as they are while they're working, and even call me by name when I'm out and about. I actually drive an extra mile, out of my way, just to go to this Starbucks, every morning on the way to work. Drinks are always on point, and for the most part [99%], I'm in and out in five minutes or less, and I use the drive thru. Doesn't get much better than this. Thank you 7841‼“
“Hey, I'm confused on some of the reviews for this location going back to the summer. As I recall, this was recently constructed, and only opened within the past month or so. Thus, the reviews from June/July seem to be for a different store??In any event, Dear Hubby and I spent a really delightful afternoon and early evening in Ventura on Saturday. The weather was absolutely perfect - warm, but not hot. No wind, and we were happy to escape the Santa Anas further inland.We started out walking around downtown, checking out various stores and having a fabulous cupcake at Peirano's. Then on to Harbor Village for an early dinner and a stroll around the waterfront. We proceeded to check out the new Starbucks to finish a promotion with a Frappuccino order. We wanted to see what this new location was like.The best way to enter is to come from the northwest, heading toward the 101 on Main Street. Turn right on Mills Road and go past the gas station, then enter to the left. Since traffic can be intense on Main Street, it's easier to enter that way than to try to find the correct driveway directly off Main Street through the gas station. Negotiating the drive-thru lane feels a little bit like the roadways on the Autopia in Disneyland, as they designed a winding track to hold more cars in a tiny overall lot. The landscaping in between the lane and modern-architecture building is interesting to see while you wait for your order to be made. It's newly planted, but should fill in quickly.The gentleman taking the orders and then interacting with us to serve our beverages was very pleasant and professional, with a friendly demeanor. We didn't go inside, but I could see in through the window that they have a throwback exposed ceiling beams design. One day when we have more time, we'll have to actually go inside.The Frappuccino was made exactly as I'd ordered. Thumbs up for that from a newer location that's probably still in a bit of a shakedown cruise mode.Exiting back to Main Street can be tricky, as cars heading to the northbound onramp to the 101 may be streaking by rapidly. You can return to Mills Road and use the light to cross Main Street going north, or turn left to head toward downtown Ventura. If you're going north, it's definitely freeway-adjacent / convenient.“

“The staff here is always very helpful and nice! Today Ricki was helping a customer who was having a problem with his gift card. She paid for his coffee out of her own pocket. Once I saw what she had done I attempted to pay her back for her kindness to the customer. She wouldn’t take my money stating that it was against their policy. I want to commend her for her compassion and thoughtfulness. She is an excellent addition to the Ralph’s/Starbucks team.“
“Its actually not easy finding a good decaf cup of coffee. Starbucks has one. I can't drink caffeinated coffee anymore because of my blood pressure. This place is a typical Starbucks. Eberyone is nice. It can get pretty busy in the morning. The price could be better though.“
“This is a great Starbucks location by main street , this place was always my first stop before work. Loved the service and drinks were always handled with care. Seating and a general dining area is a bit lacking but there is a beach nearby and plenty of places to walk and explore in the area.“
