“Both the owners were very welcoming even though we came right before closing time on a Sunday.

My wife and I both ordered sandwiches and they were fantastic!

The owner even came out to our table and gave us some pastries on the house when we were done eating.

“Best coffee I’ve had in the area and super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I got the coffee of the day drip which was a washed Guatemalan and it was delicious. Balanced, sweet, chocolatey, just the right amount of acidity. A really nice medium roast. Also got the seasonal chocolate chile latte which was awesome. Not too sweet, a tiny bit spicy, very flavorful. One of the best of these seasonal flavored lattes that I’ve tried. Still highlighted the coffee while being fun and accessible. Really great option for anyone in the area, coffee lovers and coffee nerds both.“

“The food and drinks are super good and worth the prices. I really liked my Reuben sandwich and Mexican hot chocolate and my husband enjoyed his chicken curry sandwich. The employees are super friendly too! They also have interesting bagel flavors in interesting colors!

The service was a little slow but it was close to the end of the day for them and everything was freshly made. The restaurant is small and cute with an outside patio. We are very happy to have tried this place and hope to be back soon.“

“My family has been ordering coffee every few weeks from Centri for years. Such an awesome business with awesome coffee. I was pleasantly surprised today when I got a call from Will at Centri that one of the coffees in my subscription wasn't available. Instead of just nixing my order or sending an email, he called and asked if there were other coffees I wanted to try. We talked and he recommended two others. I look forward to enjoying them. I had to leave this review because of Centri's great customer service. What a great personal touch.“

“These folks seriously make the best chai latte I’ve ever had in my life. No sugar-loaded mixes, but rather a strong, spicy chai tea brewed in-house. And their baked goods are delectable, even featuring a selection of gluten free and vegan delights. Their customer service is stellar, too. Singing Sun is in a convenient midtown location - at the corner of Main St and Santa Cruz - and is not to be missed. But please leave me a vegan scone.“

“Lovely staff and service. By the time we came in later in the day, the food selection was not as great, so come early. The coffee tasted very good and was served in earthenware with nice espresso art. Very diverse customer base skewing towards college age. No plush chairs, but reasonably comfortable furniture for a pleasant visit.“

“Compliments to Gayla, the mixers and roasters at Moore Coffee. I thought the Classic Espresso was the best. Surprisingly I find the 805 with an even more complex and rich flavor. My espresso machine labors thru the finely ground mixture and takes an eternal 30-40 seconds producing a thick crema that is almost half the shot. “I went in on my lunch break and the gentleman there (I wish I got his name) was VERY nice and very attentive. I honestly was very turned off the first time I went in 2 weeks ago, the lady (not sure if she was the owner) was so rude and told me they didn’t serve food after 1 pm which I found out is not true at all. I wasn’t planning on going back because she was not friendly and I ended up just walking out but it was totally worth it to walk in a second time! The food was amazing and the service was really nice. I got the sambar with the dosa and it was delicious:)“

“There's not a single item on the menu that's not absolutely delicious. Small shop with limited seating, though that's only an issue during peak hours. Some small tables and some couches, very cute.They have killer cappuccinos and they have a huge variety of bagels and baked goods.

Parking: Small lot out back, maybe 10 parking spaces. Street parking before 8am is free.“

“Am I still bitter (years later) that the Pomegranate Blueberry tea is no longer a thing? Yes. With every fiber of my being. However, the staff there quickly hooked me up with some very delicious fallbacks, so I guess it's ok. Can't speak for every location, but the one I go to always has such nice people and I've never had a bad drink there.“

“Channel Islands Juice in Ventura is a fantastic spot for high-quality (though not freshly made) juices and healthy bites. The chia pudding was absolutely incredible—hands down one of the best I’ve ever had, with the perfect texture and flavor. On the other hand, the Power Up smoothie was a bit underwhelming, lacking the bold taste I was expecting (I added coffee to it). That said, the overall experience was great, with a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff - Kai especially- who clearly care about what they do. If you’re in Ventura and looking for a nourishing, delicious option, this place is definitely worth a visit!“

“Wow Hit me with your Best shot I haven't had Starbucks in almost 2 months I had just a regular coffee with extra creamy milk and one little thing of sugar and man that cleaned me out and jumped me and I had to go do a deposition and I was like jumping up and down and wiggling and I couldn't even hold still yeah it was good coffee“

“We love this Starbucks so much. The general manager is so sweet. The whole staff is nice and works so hard. We wouldn't have gotten thru these 5 months without all of you. Ryan always has the best sense of humor. Rocky is so genuine. And Priscilla and Jacky have turned into such good friends of ours. Jose has always made us feel so welcomed. We are so grateful for all of you. The general manager should know your staff both morning and night are one of a kind. They bust their butt's and definitely deserve raises. We love you guys and miss you.

“Fantastic chocolate, raspberry cheesecake, perfect and full of flavors. The fruit tart was good too. The cafe is perfect to get together with friends and have a good talk.

Complimentary Swedish pancake is a great touch. Plus, Pepper plant on the table - nobody else does this. Don't know what it is? You don't know what you're missing.“
