This is the only place that will take the time to redeem your winning Fantasy 5 lottery tickets when other stores tell you that their computers won't redeem them because of a glitch in the system. The lady employee (possibly the owner?) manually entered the numbers under the bar codes of each ticket while I waited for about 5 minutes. No other vendor (not even Vons on the Avenue, or the liquor stores on lower Thompson) were willing to do that. I'm going to give Avenue Donuts a $1000 tip if I ever win the Fantasy 5 jackpot.
