“I went in on my lunch break and the gentleman there (I wish I got his name) was VERY nice and very attentive. I honestly was very turned off the first time I went in 2 weeks ago, the lady (not sure if she was the owner) was so rude and told me they didn’t serve food after 1 pm which I found out is not true at all. I wasn’t planning on going back because she was not friendly and I ended up just walking out but it was totally worth it to walk in a second time! The food was amazing and the service was really nice. I got the sambar with the dosa and it was delicious:)“

“Came here on a recommendation from a friend. Wow! I had the pesto veggie sandwich w fries. Kevin had the Italian w Onion rings. The sandwiches are HUGE! The veggie sandwich had spinach, avocado, cheese, cucumber, tomato and spinach pesto. Sooo good! If you are in Ventura or coming up for a visit you must go Here!“

“The busy bee café is a place to go eat you could eat indoor or outdoor. They wait on you as soon as you get in they are so nice it’s clean services top-of-the-line, and the food is more than top-of-the-line. Great food come in and get it I live in Santa Barbara and I go to eat there each time, I’m there in Ventura.“

“One of the very, very few places you can RV right at the ocean's shore. That, in itself, is everything. The camp spots are very close to one another, but getting friendly with neighbors is something most RV'ers are accustomed to. The host's camp is pretty well walled off with no apparent means of easy communication. That said, in an emergency it would be easy to access the host's RV if needed. The bathrooms and grounds are very clean, well-kept and tidy. 100 % a beautiful spot to camp and experience.“

“Very nice decors. Question to the chef, I had the French toast, it's delicious. However, I have had French toast where they would soak the toast before cooking it to give it a moist texture. I really enjoyed that type of French toast. I was a little disappointed that the French toast here is not like that.“

“Fantastic chocolate, raspberry cheesecake, perfect and full of flavors. The fruit tart was good too. The cafe is perfect to get together with friends and have a good talk.

Parking: The cafe shares its parking lot with other businesses. I have never had a problem finding a space to park when I visit.

“GREAT LUNCH MENU...which I had somewhat forgotten after having so many great breakfasts here. I ordered the Turkey Dinner which was FANTASTIC...better than any other "Thanksgiving Special" I've ever had. Remarkable was the fact that the meal was delivered within 6-minutes of order, and it was steaming hot and so fresh and tasty that I would have believed that it was made immediately before I ordered. Really really good.

And so much food that I took home enough for dinner. Wow. Check the photo...I didn't have room for dessert.

The service was immediate and super-friendly.

This is my new "Go To Lunch" spot in the Saticoy area. Multiple times per week!

“Spendy, but isn’t everything these days? Favorites are the breakfast burritos (huge!) and the chicken fried steak. Beautiful view, friendly staff. Linger a little in the parking lot and soon you will see the Great Blue Heron and white heron activity in the eucalyptus grove across the way. That’s worth a few of those dollars right there - what a treat!“

“I used to work at the mall and this was my go-to place to get food, they have different things to choose from. Best fresas con crema, AMAZING ! I work at Cam now and i literally go to ventura just for the fresas con crema. The crepes are so good, and the owners are really nice. Totally recommend this place for a quick grab and go or for a lunch break.“
