“We liked it so much we had to go two days in a row. Service was good especially the bar staff on the patio. First day, hubby had the burger…amazing and I had the Tortilla salad…wow!! The white iced tea was refreshing. The second day we shared the crab cakes and the Lobster sliders and those can’t be beat!! The mimosas were delicious because they fresh squeeze the orange juice every morning. If we lived closer this would be a spot we would frequent! It is a must if you are at the Seaport Village in San Diego!!“

“Howdy’s Malibu is always a go-to spot for great food and a welcoming, local vibe. Everything is fresh, consistent, and delicious — the Pepperdine burrito with chicken is my personal favorite. It’s also special to support a business that’s truly part of the Malibu community. One of the owners serves with me on the Malibu Chamber of Commerce Board, and Howdy’s has been a longtime Chamber member. It’s always a pleasure stopping in, whether for a quick meal or bringing friends and clients to experience a true local favorite.“

“My new favorite breakfast hang-out. Not cheap - but who really wants CHEAP? I had one of the best Latte Macciatos I ever had - their subs were crunchy and delicious, can't wait to go again. Service was very friendly - and the ambiance was very nice.Would I do a 30-minute detour just to eat here (mandatory in my rating scheme to achieve 5 stars)? I certainly would (and just did ;-)“

“Paradise Cove is always lovely. We arrive mid afternoon and were immediately seated. We chose to be inside. Benjamin took very good care of us! We had a lovely lunch. We had planned to spend some time after lunch sitting in the beach, chairs, and relaxing. But now the area is corded off, and the chairs look precariously placed. we paid our discounted parking bill and left, rather disappointed.“

“Though food is overpriced, I find the people who work at Bon Appétit Pepperdine are awesome. The manager, Darren Wise, is a great leader, and his team is exceptional in providing great customer service, from the servers to the cashiers. Shoutout to the team at Pepperdine Bon Appétit!“
