“Recently came to Malibu and stopped by here to get a meal after a hike. Iv passed by here a few times before and usually go to broad oyster co, but decided I wanted to try something new. It's in a beautiful shopping center with other restaurants and can sometimes get crowded. The ambiance here is beautiful, inside and outside, so it's worth dining in! I got the Smokey bbq bacon cheeseburger medium well with fries. The burger was big, juicy and flavorful. It's defiantly a hefty burger so don't underestimate it. The fries are decent , could use more seasoning but they're still good! Prices are a bit hefty at $20, but it's Malibu and some of the cheaper options in the area. Definitely gonna try more stuff here after hiking !“

“This is my favorite restaurant ever since I discovered it. The food is almost uniformly excellent. I took a chance on the swordfish this time, even though I gave up on ordering it in restaurants decades ago since they always overcook it, and it was perfect. We told them beforehand we were celebrating a birthday, and they brought out a plate of several little desserts, artistically arranged. And since they cancelled my reservation a couple of weeks ago due to having to make some kind of repairs, they started the meal with free bruchetta. On all days except Friday and Saturday, there's free corkage. But the best thing about it is the lovely ambiance and friendliness of the entire staff. I can't praise this place highly enough.“

“Carrara’s is one of my favorite places to go to! It’s one of the most authentic Italian cafes I’ve been to out here. The coffee is so good and the pastries don’t just look pretty, but they’re actually delicious. Everyone who works here is so nice and goes above and beyond! I wish I knew everyone’s names but from going there as often as I do I can honestly say Tallin, Danica, Alir, Sarah and really just the whole staff is so sweet and they make you feel so welcomed! Alir makes some of the best lattes I’ve ever had and Tallin decorates the foam on the lattes and the desserts in a beautiful way! I love everything about this place and would highly recommend :)“

“The place is set up as a counter order and not a full service place. They do have indoor and nice outdoor seating area.We got the he combo plate 1/2 beef and chicken. With salad and rice as the side dishes. I am from Chicago area and we have great mediterranean places!Meat flavor was ok, very light flavor, we also felt the meat was too er cooked and on the dry side. Rice had little flavor and salad was fine. “We went on a Sunday during the farmers market around ten AM. Our first time visiting. I ordered the cloud surfer coffee which tasted lovely and had the tuna sandwich. It tasted good but was dry. The fruit was excellent and the Tajin was a nice touch. My friend ordered the special berry toast which was slightly burnt. My sister ordered the scramble with no onions. It had to be remade because they included onion the first time. She's allergic. Most of the employees were thoughtful and kind. My sister burnt her mouth on her Chai. She told the employee with long blonde hair and glasses that the drinks are too hot and she got burned and the employees response was "yeah it's hot". Later she brought our other drinks to the table, and not only didn't greet us, but didn't even say which drink was which. She didn't say a word. Dropped the drinks and left. This is the type of employee to run your business into the ground. I wouldn't want her as my coworker either. I'm gonna give her the benefit of the doubt and say she was having a bad day. All the other employees were super helpful. I want to come back to try the tacos. Sitting outside is super nice. There's a QR code that you can order from and they bring your food to you. Super convenient. It is very busy at noon and parking is a mess due to the farmers market. Good for bike riders, families and yes you can bring your dog and sit outside. Thankful for this vegan cafe, despite the one person trying to ruin it for everyone else....“

“This was my first time at Sharky’s. My friend and I ate lunch there today after our 5 mile hike at Malibu Creek State Park. It’s been years since I had California style Mexican. Everything was fresh and healthy. Not globs of melted cheese over everything! I had the 2 taco plate of grilled fish: mahi mahi in one; salmon in the other. I got a side of salad instead of rice and beans. I cleaned my plate. Really good. I’m sorry they don’t have one close to my home. This will probably be our new tradition!“
“This is a nice cafe inside of Four Seasons. It's in a nice area. Only bad thing is parking, unless you do valet - which is not ideal if you are just ordering a coffee and a pastry and leaving. The service was quick and friendly each time I went (2x on the same day). The drinks are good and reasonably priced. The chocolate croissant was good. I would try it again when I am in the area.“

Service was slower than usual, and our food was luke warm when served. My eggplant parmigiana wasn’t cooked all the way, and also luke warm. The food was delightful, the owners were welcoming, and we are already looking forward to our next visit! Dinner hours only. First visit? This is what our party of two tried and we didn't leave a morsel behind: -Mango Tango Rolls -Kelsey Grammer's Orange Chicken -Vegetable Fried Rice -Red Bean Sesame Balls (dessert) The plating of each dish was thoughtful and lovely. The combination of fresh ingredients, sweet & savory flavors, and non-greasy entrees, piqued our tastebuds and had our appetites yearning to try more. For our next visit, we have our eyes set on ordering a tofu dish, wonton soup, and the spicy tequila shrimp. I would consider this a gourmet Chinese fusion restaurant which should appeal to a diverse set of tastebuds. The menu is pretty extensive, which also includes a full page of vegan options and unique spice combinations we are not familiar with, but open to try. The average price per entree is ~$25. “Went here on February 25th, My boyfriend and I decided to grab a build your own poke burrito in which I thought was very interesting and intriguing because you don't often hear places creating poke burritos! The interior is very modern like and welcoming. Felt very fresh inside! The cashier was very friendly and nice, I believe she is the owner/manager of the place and she was VERY helpful when helping us decide what we could put into our build our own poke burrito and what would taste amazing with what ingredients we chose. The flavorings within this burrito was interesting but very good! I say interesting because it had a mix of sweet but savory which I was not expecting but i'm glad it did. (Side note, she as well gave us on-the-house Matcha Popcorn for everytime when my boyfriend would be around the area, they were usually sold out of the Matcha Popcorn. I thought this was very kind and it warmed my heart) The Matcha Popcorn was very delicious and sweet! It has the right amount of sweetness while still holding the wonderful flavor of Matcha! I will definitely be coming back to order from this spot and trying out a different poke burrito!“

“Excellent! My son just launched his Laker & basketball podcast "BUHA'S BlCK" on Apple & Spotify. We needed a special cake to celebrate. I ordered a red velvet cake with his logo on it. It was incredibly delicious! Moist inside and the cream cheese frosting & filling was perfection! Everyone LOVED it and asked about the bakery. This will be my go-to for great cakes!“

I recommend visiting Malibu Farm Pier Cafe when visiting the pier. and its surroundings, but I recommend visiting it during times of low attendance, I do not recommend Saturdays and Sundays at noon, because long lines are generated and the place is not appreciated. Furthermore, I recommend going with time to spend a few minutes and enjoy the view and sea air.“
