“Some of the best pastries in town. Almond and cheese croissants are my favorite. Croissants are very flaky so if that’s not your style, you may not enjoy.

This place sells until they’re out.

I most recently got there 10 mins before opening on a weekend and there was a short line in front of me, with an even longer line behind me once i left.

There is no seating at all. It’s a tiny storefront with all of the space dedicated to the bakery and organizing orders. You order at the door.

The staff are really nice but there isn’t a ton of service bc they’re just taking the order and handing pastries.

Definitely recommend giving this place a try!“

“Ordered the seasonal rose saffron latte (iced) and I thought the espresso and syrups worked really well together and did not get lost in the milk. :) their selection of pastries is really cool, my boyfriend and i enjoyed their orange olive oil loaf and apple pie kouign-amann. “Gluten free fried chicken 🤤 Wow this place blew me away! I’ve been wanting to try it ever since I went to gluten free, and I’m sad I waited so long. My husband was hesitant because he didn’t love the karaage he tried in Japan, and is an American fried chicken purist, but we went on a whim and now we’ve a new spot to Sawtelle restaurant rotation. He said Tenkatori changed his opinion on karaage, which is crazy because you’d think the gluten free aspect would make it worse— it’s doesn’t. Service was awesome to top it all off!“

Normally when you get plant based ice creams in other places they are not as creamy and not using premium ingredients like they do. “We liked it so much we had to go two days in a row. Service was good especially the bar staff on the patio. First day, hubby had the burger…amazing and I had the Tortilla salad…wow!! The white iced tea was refreshing. The second day we shared the crab cakes and the Lobster sliders and those can’t be beat!! The mimosas were delicious because they fresh squeeze the orange juice every morning. If we lived closer this would be a spot we would frequent!
