We came here for lunch after hearing about it from friends for a long time, and it definitely lived up to the hype!! The ladies at the front were super helpful and gave great recommendations. We ended up trying the soujouk and the peppered turkey, and both were amazing!!

But honestly you guys, that soujouk sandwich… JUST WOW! The soujouk has this perfect spicy, peppery flavor that just hits. I had never tried it with mayo and avocado before, but the combination worked so well together. Everything blended perfectly!

Portions are very generous. 2 of my party could not finish their pho. I went for the bun bo kho. Very well made, strongly spiced. The ratio of noodle to meat was good. At ~$13 a bowl, I'd say you're getting more than your money's worth.“

I got my order to go, barbecue pork fried rice and sweet and pungent shrimp.

The portion size on the barbecue pork fried rice is really good, really large. The rice was cooked perfect, the flavor is definitely there. I would get this dish again.

The sweet and pungent shrimp was okay I suppose. Way too much sugary sauce if you ask me. Also, they do use smaller size shrimp then some other places in the area. I do like the fact that they do include broccoli with the order. I believe the amount/quantity of Shrimp portion size is just a tad smaller than what I would have liked. I'm not sure if I would order this dish again though. Maybe the experience is a little bit better in person. Please keep in mind, this was a to-go order that I got.

Parking is plentiful, even though it's on Reseda and Ventura Boulevard basically. There is a free parking lot that you can park in. If you come for lunch during the week, it's definitely busy, so be prepared to park maybe a little bit further away than you'd like to.

Overall, for takeout, this place was pretty good. I have to try this place in person another time when I have more time. But all in all, I would definitely give it another try.“

If you've ever seen the anime food wars every bite is like the scenes when one of the judges takes a bite of the dish and they nut so hard there clothes explode off of them. But these folks always have my order ready when I walk through the door, they keep it piping hot and I am always greeted by the nicest, friendliest staff I have ever been greeted by at a small restaurant. The employees come across as if they are happy to be there and they always genuinely greet me as if I am welcomed and they’re glad to see me. “I just found my favorite pizza spot. I ordered the Triple Pepperoni Magnifico Medium pizza and it was so good. I was craving a good Pizza with a salty, garlic butter crust. Crunchy yet soft, and the combination of the old world pepperoni, my itch was scratched. I haven't had their pizza before and heard really good things. I'm so glad I ordered from here. I ordered delivery through grubhub. It arrived earlier than expected and it was nice and hot. I can't express how delicious this pizza is. Spoiler alert, do not order this pizza if you are watching your carb intake, because 2 slices turned into 5 slices (I could not resist)... going on a walk now.... 😉“

“This is the only Zankou place i will go back to, i have been to all of them around LA. But this one has my favorite person and that makes the service and the food even the place the best experience, othe paces the costumer service lacks and they're very rude, i have seen a bit of a change though i think they got a new manager or something and it's starting to kill the vibes, food hasn't changed thankfully but i will only go when Elvia is there, she knows my order and remembers my allergy, and she has the best attitude whenever she greets me.
I appreciate that because after a hard day of work her beautiful demeanor is what i look forward to, some of the other people there are very serious with the costumers but i go mainly for the food.
Definetly a place i like to take my friends to and i don't know what it is about this place and it's Hummus, but it's the best!!!!
