This is my go-to açaí place. They have fresh fruit, great granola, and the best peanut butter. I usually go here after the gym as a reward. The best thing is the California bowl with milk.
I love acai bowls, and I used to go to the Ubatuba near my house in Sherman Oaks all the time. So I was excited to try the one in Tarzana. Unfortunately the pricing model is very different between Ubatubas! The one in Sherman Oaks lets you pick as many toppings as you want for a single price. Here in Tarzana I was only allowed to choose 4. The acai bowls are fantastic. The prices are way too high for what you get. Just know that a small bowl, even the basic ones, will set you back over $10. They have plenty of seating if you want to eat there but it is very easy to get a bowl for take out. Not much of an atmosphere, but it's not really the kind of place where it truly matters. Unless you have a good reason to stay and eat there, take your bowl to go. They have meters in the front and a tiny parking lot in the back.
