CiCi's Reviews
One of the best places to start your day with excellent coffee, food selection and Lovely staff.
Just love this place I go to in Tarzana and the one in Thousand Oaks. They both great food is delicious. Always hot. Great customer service I must try.
I love this place. I bring my friends and my family here. Truthfully this place is a gem of an establishment and choose very attentive and kind servers that always makes this place exciting to visit again. Recently I had an issue with a server Devonese a lady with a blue bonnet that works in bringing the food. Based on the reviews, Lady C’s, formerly CiCi’s Cafe, is a great breakfast spot with delicious and fresh food. The menu has many options, including the loco moco, matcha soufflé, Dutch baby, and The Connor (flat iron steak and 2 eggs) with green tea tiramisu pancakes. The soufflé takes about 40 minutes, so guests should be prepared to wait, but it is not restricted to one per table like the original site. The vibe is cozy with a classic diner/cafe feel, and the service from the waitresses and waiters is super nice, friendly, and attentive. However, some guests feel rushed by an older lady, who is the owner or supervisor, as she picks up dishes and watches to see if diners are done. There is a large parking lot at the back, so finding a spot is not a problem. While the menu may be the same as the original CiCi’s, some miss the original flavor, noting that items like the avalanche toast can be dry. Overall, it is a great place to eat, but it is best to arrive early as it gets full fast.
