I came here on Saturday, 3/23 around 9 am and I am beyond impressed that everything is gluten-free!!!From cupcakes to parmesan rolls completely gluten-free!The service was outstanding from the cashier to the lady packing the bagels and bringing the salmon over and packing it for me.Not sure how this place doesn't have 5 stars!
So, I made a pit stop at Modern Bakery on my way back from LA to satisfy my bagel craving, and let’s just say it was a bit of a mixed bag.Located in the Westerfield shopping center, parking was a bit of a hassle, but I pushed through in the hopes of a delicious bagel experience.
