“Malibu Brewing Company is such a great addition to the west end! The beer selection is huge, the staff is always friendly, and the whole space has that laid-back coastal Malibu feel we all love. Great for a casual drink, a quick bite, or meeting friends after a beach day. Definitely one of the best local hangout spots in Trancas. 🍺🌴“

“What a nice little unassuming burrito shack right on the PCH. I have to admit, I don't understand the name at all though.

Parking and seating here are limited. But it's the PCH in a busy area of Malibu, so that comes with the territory.

The menu is mostly breakfast burritos, tacos, sandwiches, etc. Order at the walk up window and wait for your number. Hope a table is open or eat on the trunk of your car.

I got the chorizo, egg, and potato burrito with some spicy salsa roja, and it was quite nice. They use the stretchy, fatty, Sonora style tortillas which are perfect for this application. The fillings were fresh and flavorful.

I wouldn't necessarily come out of my way to visit often, but if passing by, it's a great option to stop off for a nice quick breakfast.“

“I love accessing the Sara Wan trailhead at Malibu Seafood — it’s one of my go-to Malibu hikes. And after the trail loop, Malibu Seafood is the perfect spot to grab something fresh and enjoy the ocean-view patio. Definitely one of those classic Malibu combos I never get tired of.“

It was Leeron’s first day working there on Saturday and he served us on Sunday too. He was such a kind, efficient and personable server, always doing or saying the right thing to make our experience special. I wish there was a Pura Vida in the Coachella Valley where we live. “We liked it so much we had to go two days in a row. Service was good especially the bar staff on the patio. First day, hubby had the burger…amazing and I had the Tortilla salad…wow!! The white iced tea was refreshing. The second day we shared the crab cakes and the Lobster sliders and those can’t be beat!! The mimosas were delicious because they fresh squeeze the orange juice every morning. If we lived closer this would be a spot we would frequent! It is a must if you are at the Seaport Village in San Diego!!“

“Cali casual vibe. We went around 2:30p so not a big crowd lunch menu. We had salmon & cod —we loved the flavors. Cod portion was petite so if you get there hungry like the wolf you won’t be satiated but if you order a desert or order an appetizer you’ll leave happy. The eclectic complex flavors make up for the petit portion. Salmon was portioned just about right came in with purple rice. Menu includes burgers & other menu staples but I was wowed by the fish offerings. Suggestions would be put a fan up the ceiling it gets humid inside during the summer & also have ice accessible for the self serve water area. Whatcha waiting for just go! -Malibu Zinque“

“Apex supplement powder is a great product, and sometimes they don’t have it in stock for awhile. Not great considering it’s a daily supplement. So if you like it and find it in stock, buy enough to last as long as possible before it expires.“

“My new favorite breakfast hang-out. Not cheap - but who really wants CHEAP? I had one of the best Latte Macciatos I ever had - their subs were crunchy and delicious, can't wait to go again. “If you want to use the words “epic awesome” I think you’d be describing this place they have a lot of fun even actually have a VHS player where you can watch older movies and enjoy yourself seating is incredible especially outdoors because of course you’re in Malibu but I have to tell you the espresso? It’s absolutely perfect I ordered the Doppio con Panna and for dessert I tried out the gelato this is the first time I have a combined it salted peanut butter with chocolate and let me tell you even Reeses couldn’t make something this heavenly! The staff was incredibly friendly the environment was loads of fun and the music was great I love the gelato the texture and flavor well well worth it in the flavor of the coffee was smooth with not too strong of an aftertaste I threw some whip cream on my espresso though because I still have that sweet tooth I just can’t get rid of“

“I love the tranquility of sitting outside the service greeted me immediately and I couldn’t wait to order the fettuccine with chicken I understand this place is a little further up Scale in price but it’s worth every penny of it the seating is perfectly fenced off with glass windows but channels are nice breeze that gently cools you while you sit sipping whatever apéritif and enjoying the wonderful bread that is accompanied with a fantastic in-house spread. The fettuccine has larger noodles and you’ll be used to put the texture of the creamy wonderful sauce and the chicken fried so perfectly I blended pepper to give it the perfect aftertaste I literally would’ve eaten 20 pounds of this if I could but this is my special place to come every so often it is a Christmas and birthday gift to myself!“

“I brought an East Coast client here for dinner because there’s truly nothing like a December California sunset — and The Sunset Restaurant delivered perfectly. The dining room glows at golden hour, with huge open windows that bring the ocean right into your table. It’s such a classic Malibu experience — warm, relaxed, and never overcrowded. “This was my first time at Paradise Cove and I absolutely loved it! The food was amazing, the views were beautiful, and the whole experience was just perfect.
