Just went here and spent $70 before tip on one (tiny) lobster roll, one bowl of clam chowder, and two drinks. The lobster roll was about 4 bites total and they forgot to bring out our drinks until I reminded them. You also eat in a back alley in front of a Tesla supercharger which is not a great vibe. For the money there are better options around here.
Came here to have dinner on a Saturday night with some friends. You place your order inside the shop at the counter first and it's self seating outside under a covered patio. It was fairly crowded around 7:15 but still had a place to sit. They have picnic style benches. We ordered a dozen oysters, clam chowder, battered fish tacos, lobster rolls, and mussels, and chilled red wine. So if you like seafood this spot is terrific. The food was fantastic and filling. Inflation has hit this place hard. 5 shrimp on the shrimp cocktail, a cup of chowder, and two two bite lobster rolls=$100. Bread was a day old and clam chowder had more bacon than clams. I wouldn’t go back.
