“As a native New Yorker I can tell you that they are slaying it with their recipe! The flour is imported from Western Europe and makes all the difference. Luca runs point with exceptional energy and customer service! Customer for life and can't stop telling people about it!“
“Service was amazing here, many servers are moving around making sure you are okay. I tried the watermelon lemonade and it was so refreshing and good. The steak quesadilla was quality, lots of texture and flavor. I had tried their Culver City location and it was great. This location is just as good!!“
“Truly a hidden gem! I don't usually post reviews but I have to tell people about this place! Dropped in with a couple friends. I had the pappardelle bolognese. Fresh pasta made in the house! My friend had the Pollo Limone (lemon chicken). She loved it! My other friend had the Dover sole special with the lemon mustard dressing and the server debone the fish at the table! So cool! Great wine list and delicious food! Hostess was so funny and a joy to talk to! A definite must go if you are in the area! They also have a deli we will try next time. We will be back for sure!“
“Salve Signor Giovanni! Si ricorda di me? Sono il ragazzo che venne da lei a cercare lavoro nel lontano 2009. Mi mando' da lei Massimo. Volevo fare il lavapiatti! E lei mi disse che dovevo stare in sala per via del mio bell'aspetto... sempre secondo lei. Mi auguro che il ristorante le vada alla grande e le auguro tutta la fortuna d'America.“
“Pizza was fantastic! Kirk took our order, Service was amazing! food came out quick ! 10/10 My friend ordered Cesar Salad (med) Portion looked like an XL I would recommend this spot to anyone craving Italian food. Kirks vibe was great, super funny chill & sweet! Give the man a raise !!!“
“Adorable tasty ice cream shop. Loved the ambiance here and the service was good. Grabbed ice cream after lunch as a sweet treat. Very yummy. The lines come and go, we waited it for it to go down before walking in. - Quick service - Clean - Ambiance - Tasty“
“Not the first or the last to rave about the sandwiches! Only got the turkey cranberry pesto panini and added avocado! Not saying it was the most delicious sandwich I’ve ever had but for just $12 it was filling, fresh and worth every penny!“
“What a very sweet, cozy, farm house European style restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was friendly and efficient. We ordered the tomato bisque soup as a starter. We like our soup piping hot which this was. And, so tasty. We shared the salmon burrito with a side of roasted potatoes. I can’t say enough about how delicious the burrito tasted. We will definitely return to try other items on the menu. Although it will be hard not to order the salmon burrito again.“
“Really enjoyed their apps and the hospitality provided here. Even got there early and Marta welcomed us early. But really went for the ambiance (Thanks, Marta) but it was bit of disappointing maybe, the time and the wind/draft as their side awnings or broken. We were a bit also disappointed by lack of food options compared to the online menu. Will try again when it's warmer and less windier.“
“Thank the Goddess for these gluten-free cakes with clean ingredients! I tried 3 recently: lemon coconut, chocolate caramel, and keto chocolate. Also their keto brownie (I'm a fan!). The chocolate caramel...takes the cake lol. All are lightly sweet and filling thanks to the almond flour. I am so thrilled this place exists - I had gone once before Covid and then forgot about it because I moved away, until a fellow GF foodie recommended it. Went here for my birthday cake sampler and YAYYY! Excited to return to try their cinnamon rolls and other deliciousness. I also want to get their cookbooks. The location is adorable.“
“Light and airy, with lots of outdoor seating and a beautiful ocean view. NO parking available, the parking lot is only for people doing pickup. Lots of options for vegans and non-vegans. We got burritos, the farmers burrito hit the spot for my non-vegan friend. I got the veggie burrito made vegan and without any cheese. I would probably get it without the vegan sour cream next time as well. The service was really prompt and I would definitely come here again.“
“I had never been to Hanks and they had a wonderful brunch with great people watching outside on their patio. Unfortunately there were 4 kids screaming at the top of their lungs and their parents never told them to stop. Not the restaurants fault at all! But did not make for a great brunch until the people left. I would definitely go back to Hanks!!“
“I don't even eat at gracis senor, but I am writing this review because there is a local law firm called Davis Wright and Tremaine that has been harassing the local taco vendors for the past few weeks in the Pacific Palisades. Apparently the law firm has delivered threatening letters to Gracias Senor (the daytime taco truck), as well as the nighttime pop-up tent-based taco vendors, and perhaps the other trucks as well. There are clearly a coalition of palisades karens who have nothing constructive to do with their time and therefore seek to destroy the hard work of local businesses, lessening the beauty of the Palisades in the process. These same anti-taco-truck karens are probably the same types of people who yelled at people for not taking covid vaccines two years ago: the type of people who thrive on the oppression of the free will of other human beings and live to control others, for it gives them a false sense of empowerment and meaning. These anti-taco karens would clearly like for every single establishment in the palisades to be bland, overpriced, licensed and regulated by some nonsensical city governing body, and close early. The good news is that for every one of the anti-taco Karens who seek to oppress the small business owners, there are twenty more people who support the taco vendors! Don't be intimidated by Davis Wright and Tremaine and the karen army.“
