“I met my friend for breakfast yesterday morning at 8:30 am. Since it was so early, we were able to grab a four-top table on their patio, just outside of the open-air, stylishly beachy restaurant.

We both ordered coffees, a latte and an Americano. She had the overnight oats bowl, which looked delicious and filing, and I had the avocado toast on sourdough. So fresh and good!

The staff were very nice and friendly, and this is a great, laidback place to have breakfast.

There is a large parking lot in front of the restaurant; paid parking only.

I will come back and bring my boyfriend! Great location across the street from Venice Beach, too.“

“My wife and I went to the Grove in Los Angeles last night and we had dinner at "Sogno Toscana," an it was outstanding. It was perfect in every way; great food, great drinks, outstanding and friendly staff, beautiful location, etc. I love Italian food but I can't think of one Italian restaurant that I like, until "Sogno Toscano." The food was outstanding, and there was so much more we saw go by that we can't wait to go back and try. And the drinks were outstanding. I love martini's and they served the best martini I've ever had. Giacomo was our server and took great care of us. He's from Italy and "Sogno Toscana" brought him to America when they opened their New York restaurant, and now he's in LA for this new restaurant. Although very busy, the entire staff were very fun to be around, and most of them are Italian which is also great.“

“I have been going to Porto's since the 1980's..the one in Glendale. How elated I was with having them being in Northridge where I live. The food is terrific and the lines go fast due to a tremendous quick system they have. The catering for parties has never let us down and people you have invited that never have experienced Portos are thrilled. The cakes are delicious. What I do miss is not having the individual cake slices for purchase so you can experience the taste. They only have the neapolitan, Parisian, and carrot for slices. I've seen the menu change over time and do miss some of the items.“

“I stopped by Amandine Patisserie Cafe on Sunday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised by how busy they were for a weekday crowd, but still managed to get a table quickly. The croissants I ordered looked beautiful and smelled amazing - the flaky crust had just enough butter. After taking a few bites, I'd definitely recommend retrying their chocolate-dipped pastry if you missed out on it earlier; it's a favorite of mine so far.“

“This is a lovely cafe for lunch and/or coffee. There staff is very friendly and helpful accommodating our requests for additional salad dressing. However it closes at 3pm, at which time you can no longer refill your fountain drinks. The view and the ambiance is absolutely amazing. The outdoor seating areas are well spaced out and shaded. The Villa Burger is a good balance of gruyere cheese, beef patty, Arugula, onion jam and brioche bun. Three garlic fries are perfectly seasoned with garlic and parsley. The Market Salad with apple, quinoa and chicken is generous and well dressed with shallot vinaigrette. The prices are definitely 10-20% higher but the ambiance is worth it.“

“Fabulous hyper-farm-to-table food by a creative chef, on Main St in Santa Monica. I’ve tried the Gazpacho, the many Danish Rye toasts with what is fresh that day: eggs, salmon roe, avocado or ....? They also have baristas that make all type of drinks. My fab place to indulge healthy and fresh“

“Omg! I was really surprised when I got there to have a cup of coffee,that the place has changed. The two ladies they’re there are amazing. Their food is excellent and I’ll tell you something. The coffee is from Italy best cup of coffee I have, I haven’t had such a good cup of coffee for a long time. ​When one of my food items never arrived, I went inside and saw a 40-person line. I flagged down Steven M. at the espresso machine to see if he could point me in the right direction. Instead of passing the torch, Steven took full ownership of the situation. He was exceptionally polite, coordinated directly with the kitchen and register teams, and resolved the issue with a great attitude. This was NOT his job, and he did it all professionally with a smile. ​Customer service like Steven’s is rare.

“Nice little spot in LA! I stopped by Landmark Cafe on a very hot and stressful day, and it was exactly what I needed. I had the chocolate cake, which was delicious, along with an Arnold Palmer that was incredibly refreshing.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff was genuinely friendly and made the experience even better. It’s a great place to relax, enjoy a treat, and escape the LA heat for a bit. Definitely a spot I’d be happy to visit again!“

So happy to know a place like this exists with healthy superfood/coffee options, a large coworking space without the big membership fees (they do have private office rentals for $25/day though which is so affordable), and a cool community to go with it. Lots of seating + outlets, a free parking lot, speedy wifi, good lighting + vibey playlists. truly a godsend westside spot.“
