I came here to study and it was a really great experience. The place has a calm, peaceful atmosphere that’s ideal for focusing. The coffee was really good too. The staff were very helpful and attentive. I’ll definitely be back.
Now that the new owner took over the landmark cafe, it's even better! All the staff is great, the food is great, and the atmosphere is great as well 😊
This place is an underrated hero for its delicious and creative sandwiches, espresso drinks, warm service and chill atmosphere. The chicken salad sandwich we had on our first, random visit was so good, we’ve been back for it two more times. Great place to eat and get a little work done, too.

The cafe is situated in a nice area, though entering from Stoner or through the park on Wilshire might be easier due to pedestrian access. The food and drinks are generally worth the wait, and the cozy ambiance makes it a favorite for both work and leisure. The cafe has recently opened and offers a clean, spacious design with a European vibe. The food is praised, including the avocado on crispy sourdough, lattes, and flaky almond croissants. Customers also enjoy the Peruvian plates, spaghetti with pesto, and the best ceviche in Los Angeles, along with the great coffee and fresh, tasty pastries.
