“First time at Rory’s other place, and wow what a great experience. I loved everything I ordered. The rice bowl with mushrooms was absolutely delicious and a great gluten-free and dairy free option. The pickles and kimchi are both made in house, huge plus! I got the GF and vegan thumbprint cookie, also delicious! Also got an iced hojicha matcha, perfect pick me up for the hot mid-morning. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Seating area was cute and clean. I can’t wait to go back!“

“Super cute local coffee shop with solid breakfast and lunch. Specifically their cashew milk made in house is yum.

The staff is wonderful and warm (hey Andrew! hey Corey!), and the book wall makes the space warm and inviting (and provides good gift options). Outdoor patio is spacious, though make sure you find an umbrella to escape the heat.

It gets quiet enough to do laptop work mid morning and then after the lunch rush. The Sunday morning farmers market rush is real, so be prepared to wait (or buy tamales from the tamale stand next door).“

“Spendy, but isn’t everything these days? Favorites are the breakfast burritos (huge!) and the chicken fried steak. Beautiful view, friendly staff. Linger a little in the parking lot and soon you will see the Great Blue Heron and white heron activity in the eucalyptus grove across the way. That’s worth a few of those dollars right there - what a treat!“
