“The prices and hours are great . One thing that needs to be improved is the curbside pickup . Sat and Sun people use it as a regular parking spot . Not sure how Sam’s can fix that but it’s crazy when u have a scheduled pick up and people are parking in the curbside to shop“

“Best breakfast and service I've had in a long time. Alexis was always checking in on us ensuring we had everything we needed and drinks refilled. Food was great. Had the breakfast burrito with actual chunks of pastrami in it and the bacon and hash browns where cooked to perfection. Definitely deserving of 5 stars“

“They have a variety of dishes available like rice dishes, vermicelli dishes, salads, vietnamese French rolls, pho noodle soup and other specialties. They also have a variety of drinks available like Thai tea, boba teas, other hot and cold teas, smoothies and the classic fountain drinks. I ordered their Love Pho Signature pho. It was a rice noodle soup with fresh sliced garlic, saw leaf, eye round steak, beef meat ball and chili sate sauce. The portion was plentiful. The soup had a great, delicious flavor. The meat was tender and fresh. It was a perfect level of spicy, and they had all the right toppings and sauces to add to your pho.To drink I had a Thai tea, which was so creamy and delicious. It wasn’t too sweet, and it was a good portion. Recommend!It’s located inside a food court called The Annex. This food court is located within The Collection Mall at Riverpark. Therefore, there is plenty of parking nearby. Staff is friendly and prompt.“
