Ordered the Joe's Special with fresh jalapeños. Liked the food, service was great. Corned beef hash was good and over medium eggs were cooked to perfection. First cup of coffee was a tad cold, but they came by several times with piping hot coffee, afterwards. Would eat here, again.
Good place for breakfast, I loved the treatment of the employees, all very friendly, always making sure that your cup of coffee ☕️ is full ??? the food is given to you hot...they have to live their own experience...

This will be our new brunch spot. The food is a bit better than the other breakfast places here in Oxnard. Also, this is a homegrown business which will definitely get my support. Service is good even during rush hour. I can't wait to try the rest of the dishes.
