“We went to the Yard House last Friday, (first time in a very long time) and I want to tell you that our experience was saved by our server Jason. We ordered a beer and a Mai Tai. You could tell that the Mai Tai is probably not ordered often there (being that they specialize in their tap beers) it wasn't very good, and it wasn't in a very nice presentation glass either. We told our server, who was quick to repace it for us. We went on to place our Dinner order. My husband ordered a Pasta dish with LOBSTER (sorry, I don't know the menu name) anyway it was a spaghetti or linguine type of pasta with what looked like a light tomato sauce, with an 'additional' Caesar Salad.I ordered a Stacked Turkey Club and fries. The food was slow coming out but we were enjoying our evening out. While looking around we noticed that it wasn't overly busy and there was certainly 'not' a shortage of staff working the floor. When our meal was served it came with the Salad and we realized that it hadn't come out prior to the meal, had we noticed we would have brought it to Jason's attention. So my husband started on the pasta right away - leaving the Salad alone so that he could enjoy the Pasta while it was hot and fresh. It was too late - it was already cold and disappointing. Again, Jason was very helpful and gave us the utmost of professional service. We were very pleased with the rest of the food we ordered, but I want to stress that it was Jason's superior service that will bring us/me back to the Restaurant. Addtionally - I want to say that I know mistakes happen and that things can go wrong in the kitchen, But, if you have it on your menu- you should be able to prepare and serve it properly.Thanks again Jason ?♀️“
“First time here! Was so yummy! Love the varieties of hummus they offer as well as their proteins! I had a bowl with kale and cucumbers and tried their traditional hummus, the eggplant hummus and the feta hummus (which had a light kick) and the chicken (I think it's the kabob not the lemon) it was wonderful! The place was very busy and the service was great! The manager (owner?) came and checked on us, asked how everything was... very personable! Can't wait to come back!“
“I ordered the Mexi Cali bowl with the egg and the margarita pizza with mozzarella cheese. Good in taste, ingredients, and presentation. Not great. One iced mocha lavender coffee and a hot chai tea latte. I asked for almond milk but they were made with oat milk. It was good though. I really liked the pastries. Nutter Butter cookie(which was recommended) and vanilla donut were outstanding. There are a lot of options on the menu. And the employees are wonderful. Lots of vegetarian and gluten free choices. I think it's definitely worth a try.“
