“Our nephew and his wife took us there today for breakfast. I had the Breakfast Burrito with brisket, and it was sensational! I’ve never cooked a brisket, and Tom kindly showed me two he smoked last night, both beautifully browned and crusty, and ready to be sliced across the grain. My husband had an egg and cheese croissant sandwich, and scarfed it down. We shared a huge glass of delicious orange juice. A breakfast to remember! And we’ll be back! Thanks, Tom and Dalton!“

“Great delicious food here. Came in on a Monday night and even though I was the only one in there, the food still tasted fresh and amazing. Nice surprise was the Watermelon juice. Not overly sweet, tasted just just pure fresh watermelon and very refreshing. The guys working there were kind and let me sample the different types of meats. While their pizza is absolutely top-notch, with a perfect crust and generous toppings, I'm just as impressed with the rest of their menu.Seriously, you can't go wrong with their pasta or calzones. “Had some time to kill this week and headed in to have some lunch, ordered a carne asada taco and albóndigas. Having worked in Mexican food places I figured the soup was gonna take longer. But it took about 20-25 mins to get the taco and the soup. The soup was delicious! But I had to cancel the taco since it took so long. If u are in a rush do not eat there..
If you have plenty of time and like homemade tortillas head in. The workers where friendly, but sadly I never got my money back for my taco 3.50 isn't much but it does leave me with bit of a poor experience because of it. Could have been 5 stars. Again food is delicious and greatly seasoned.“

“We moved to Hollywood Beach a year ago and finally decided to give Fisherman’s Sushi a try. The set up is a little strange, it’s like an abandoned food court that has just them operating out of it, in a small space. However, the dining area was an open with seats for full service. For me this is a pick up and go spot and not made for dining in. With that said the sushi was good and the service was fast. We had the caterpillar roll and the Fisherman’s roll and a beef teriyaki box. The flavors were good and it did taste fresh. The price point was also fair. So for me this is a great spot to pick up from or have delivered.“

“Food was average. Brussels were not that great. Nachos were pretty good as usual. Buffalo pizza was meh, have had much better. Hummus dish and chicken strips were pretty good and I would recommend them. Service was solid up front. But went missing after our apps arrived. Had to wave down two runners and a different server for additional service. Drove out fro TO. Don’t think we need to do that again. But if you are in the area? Definitely give it a shot, wide menu.“

“This isn’t a sit-down food place from what I can tell. However, the food is SO DELICIOUS, they have my favorite glass noodles, teriyaki chicken, BBQ chicken, crab Rangoon, egg rolls… everything I’ve tried has been really good. They even have horchata that is really good too - and I normally don’t like that drink but it’s pretty awesome from here.

If you want good Chinese food on a budget, this is a good option. It’s my “go-to” Chinese food restaurant inside Oxnard. Best bang for your buck for sure. ❤️ 🥡 🥢 🥠“

“THE BEST TACOS IN OXNARD !!! This has been my spot for years now! I love coming here, cachete tacos, queso birria tacos are the best with the consume. Plus the salsa is the best! Not water and unflavored like the other restaurants. On top of the food is the service I always get by Angelita, she is the best, she always greets me by my name since I’m a regular here now. The only thing I suggest is getting a bigger place that’s how BOMB these tacos are.“

“Chowder is always on point. Recently ordered ceviche and was disappointed to find out they no longer make it with fish, but rather shrimp only. You have to ask for lemons and hot sauce which was typically made readily available in the past. We miss when this restaurant used to be upstairs.“

“Cabo Seafood Grill And Cantina was absolutely delicious! The food was fresh and full of flavor. One of the best parts of our visit was the tableside guacamole it was made fresh right in front of us and tasted amazing. You can really tell they take pride in quality because they also make their tortillas fresh.

The restaurant has a nice bar area as well as outdoor seating, which gives you great options depending on the vibe you want. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the overall experience was wonderful. I definitely recommend this restaurant if you’re in the Oxnard area!“

We’ve been going here for years and I always get the cold udon gomuku. It comes with lettuce, shrimp tempura, julienne cucumbers, fish cake, marinated mushrooms, seaweed, and the yummiest sauce. Their fried chicken and calamari are good too. We’ve also had the udon soup and rice bowl combos. Haven’t tried the bento boxed or sushi. Really, we just come here for the udon fix. The waitstaff are always friendly with great service. It’s a small joint in a strip mall but it’s been around forever and is doing something right!“

One thing I noticed: that front lobby area would be the perfect spot for a minimalist, touchless hand-washing station. Having to walk all the way to the back to the restroom before eating feels like an extra step. Putting it right at the entrance would be a game-changer for avoiding cross-contamination.
