“We’ve been going here for years and we like it very much. I don’t know if they changed chef, recipes or owner but the food was NOT the same. The bread that is the most delicious bread I’ve had in a restaurant (and look forward to it) was very different (no bad, but nothing like before) the antipasto salad was so overdressed that when we were done it had and inch of dressing on the bottom, I had pasta with clam marinara sauce …… Awful…. It tasted like they opened the can of sauce and dumped it on top of the pasta and they did the same with the clams. It tasted like the metal from the can, no seasoning at all. Needless to say I sent it back and lost my appetite. My husband ordered something Alfredo.. it was in a bath of buttery sauce not pleasant.if you changed recipes…. Please go back to the original one. We will go back.. hopefully it was just a bad day.“

One of my coworkers accidentally knocked the pizza box out of another coworkers hands right in front of the restaurant and the guy came running out saying he would make him another right away. “I recently been wanting to try a new pizza spot in my area and i saw this on google and wanted to see the hype, when i was waiting it we dw quick 15 min. I got a small pepperoni and one with pineapple as well with a garlic bread. The pizza came out delicious as well as the garlic bread the dough is a different kind of taste you usually don’t get around here it’s crispy and crunchy but not to hard just perfect, i highly recommend if your wanting to try a new pizza spot worth the price! the pizza boxes are cute as well“

“I'm from NYC and since transplanting to SoCal in 1980, I have only been to a handful of places that serve pizza that is passable as NY style and flavor of pizza. THIS is one of those places. The fact that the pizza is thin, baked in a flame oven, and uses crushed tomatoes instead of canned sauce make a huge difference in flavor!. The crust is bubbled from the fire oven baking, there are some crust part that are "burnt", but that all adds to the genuine flavor. They have a decent selection of toppings but I stuck with the Margherita pizza with its fresh basil and I don't regret it. They seem to have a great salad and antipasto selection, i did not try any, but i definitely will. My server Chris was very helpful with beer selection and lunch specials. I am for sure coming back with my wife and friends.Parking: There are a limited number of metered street spots, but the center in which this restaurant is located has plenty of parking.“
“Oxnard famous pizza- probably the best in town. They make it super quick, too. Lots of variety, multiple locations and this one is pretty convenient if you live in any of the residential areas nearby. Parking is a bit hard to find because it's always packed.“
“Pizza is always good! I usually get pizza by the slice for lunch. It's a pretty big serving for just one slice, so it's definitely worth it! The dough is made fresh by them, which makes it even better compared to places that just use pre-made crusts. Highly recommend trying this place out!“
“I thought I was ordering from poppa John’s but then my pizza showed up and it was from del’s, I don’t normally eat pizza but it was my sisters dinner treat, they got my order a little wrong I called and the guy who made my pizza totally apologized and was really nice he didn’t hesitate to make my order right and have it redelivered ☺️ first time trying pizza from this spot as well. THE CHEESE IS BOOOOOMMMMB 10/10 recommended“
“It’s hard to find a good pizza and even harder to have one done the perfect way you like it. The crust is very good. No sogginess. All the toppings seem to be perfectly proportionate. We had the pepperoni and it was delish. Don’t sleep on the salad. You can make it how you want and the veggies are fresh. I’d def recommend this place to friends. The prices were reasonable too. Get away from boring chain pizza and check this place out. You will def be glad you did❤️“

Love to get the grande nachos and split them with my husband, but the tostada salad with shrimp, black beans, and mixed greens is so amazing, too. It's a little on the pricey side, but worth it. “A classic family-owned Italian restaurant. It hasn't changed much in 50+ years. We dined on veal parmesan and spaghetti & meatballs dinners. The food was simple and mildly spiced. No grated cheese was offered for the spaghetti. The hot rolls were tasty and a little denser than a lot of Italian bread - very enjoyable. The rock-hard refrigerated butter was difficult to spread on the rolls. Was it just being young that made those meals so tasty back then? We liked the food and had spaghetti to take home.“
