“I love how their hamburgers and fries taste. Last time I was there, no cashier would come over to help me and when my order was ready nobody announced it. I had to go over and wait a good 3-5min for somebody to come over and ask me what I needed. So I ask if my order was ready and sure enough it was sitting on the counter for I don't know how long. That was upsetting for me because I like my fries as hot as they can be. I was also upset cause I was in a hurry and couldn't ask them to replace it cause that would imply spending more time there which I didn't have. But the hamburgers and fries are very delicious specially for what you pay.“

“The Dairy Queen in Oxnard in The Rose Shopping Center is small. They don't sell burgers. They sell Chicken Strips, Popcorn Shrimp and Fries. The Dipped Cones are delicious and so are the Blizzards. They also sell Cakes, Cup Cakes and boxed Ice Cream pops. Very friendly staff and they bring your food to the table for you.“

“I’ve been coming to this Taco Bell specifically for months and drive a little farther for multiple reasons. The manager, Javier, does an excellent job with this store! His customer service is top notch and you can tell he teaches his employees to try to hold that standard. The restaurant and grounds are always clean, and I see Javier setting the example by cleaning outside and doing the work that some may not enjoy as much, but he is willing to do it and does it well. You can tell he takes pride in his work and his restaurant! The food is always good, tasty, looks good (not all slopped together), and I never have stomach etc. problems from the food, the service is also quick, and the employees have a sense of humor with my lame jokes, haha! Also, I’ve very rarely heard them say they are out of something. And unlike another Taco Bell closer to me, when I make a custom order, they get it right almost every time. If more Taco Bells followed what Javier and his team are doing with this restaurant from top to bottom, you’d see even more customer satisfaction, boost morale for more employees, and increase profits! I am in management myself and I say give them raises and a bonus!“

I ate it because I was in a rush but manager didn't respond in any way. Great location though in shopping center with dollar tree, ups & DD's discounts AND Goodwill. Restaurant needs to pay more attention because it wasnt busy at all and I had to request tables to be wiped down.“

Atmosphere of the drive-hru at night, though? Yeah, at worst, you'll see the enterage of drunken friends, nithing major; nothing bad.

The service is always awesome. The late night workers have always been really cool to me throughout the years, and I don't think I've ever had a bad or upsetting instance with any one of them.

The food is always what you want; never TOO much of anything (greasy or condiment overload), and never not enough that I can remember. Worst that's happened to me is I've gotten extra food lol if that happens, I recommend seeing if it belongs to those behind you; most of the time, it won't.“
