His customer service is top notch and you can tell he teaches his employees to try to hold that standard. The restaurant and grounds are always clean, and I see Javier setting the example by cleaning outside and doing the work that some may not enjoy as much, but he is willing to do it and does it well. You can tell he takes pride in his work and his restaurant!
