El Pollo Loco is known for using fresh ingredients and offering tasty, homemade-style food. The staff is friendly, attentive, and efficient with online orders and catering. Popular menu items include the Double Chicken Avocado Tostada, and the avocado and cilantro sauces are highly praised. Parking is convenient and ample. However, there have been complaints about the chicken served after 8 pm being overcooked, dry, and possibly leftover from earlier in the day. Customers expect fresher chicken, even during later hours, as they are paying for a quality product.
