I order a pollo bowl with extra chicken and when I started eating it I’ve noticed that there was old pieces of chicken missed in with fresh chicken. I’m definitely not eating here again in the future. I didn’t even finish my food because of this. ???
I placed a catering order late last evening for pickup earlier today and it was a perfect transaction. Everything was ready on time and packed well, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend!

El Pollo Loco always uses fresh ingredients. The food is very tasty, almost homemade type. The staff is friendly and attentive, they are really good having your food punctually when you order online, too. My favorite is Double Chicken Avocado Tostada. Uhmm, so good!! And the avocado and cilantro sauces.... delicious!!Parking: It is always easy to find a parking spot!
