El Pollo Loco always uses fresh ingredients. The food is very tasty, almost homemade type. The staff is friendly and attentive, they are really good having your food punctually when you order online, too. My favorite is Double Chicken Avocado Tostada. Uhmm, so good!! And the avocado and cilantro sauces.... delicious!!Parking: It is always easy to find a parking spot!
They should close this branch here the employees are not helpful at all i went there 2 time to pick up my order for doordash everytime i have to wait 20-25 minutes for my order not recommended at all they should close this branch or need some good

I order a pollo bowl with extra chicken and when I started eating it I’ve noticed that there was old pieces of chicken missed in with fresh chicken. I’m definitely not eating here again in the future. I didn’t even finish my food because of this. ???

THERE IS ROACHES AND ANTS EVERYWHERE!!!! if it was possible to even just put 0 stars I would. This rest is a joke and there is no where to sit with a table filled with trash. One of the workers were joking about having Covid and all the customers in line heard and they looked really uncomfortable.

I placed a catering order late last evening for pickup earlier today and it was a perfect transaction. Everything was ready on time and packed well, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend!

El Pollo loco has amazing chicken amongst other things but if you go anytime after 8pm Don't expect your chicken to be fresh. The last four times I've gone after 8:00 or around that time my chicken has came out overcooked and dry. Unfortunately I find out once I get home. The last time I ordered the chicken I checked in the car and it looked okay in the container. But as soon as I got home I realized the skin didn't look burnt but the meat was completely dry. I think at that time they're just trying to get rid of all the chicken they made earlier in the day and I'm 100% sure they stop making any chicken hours before they close, which kinda makes sense so they don't end up having wasted chicken by the end of the night but regardless, if I'm a paying customer then I should get a quality product for my money. Thats like them serving me good quality chicken and I short them on the payment and pay them in pennies. It's not okay and they need to find a way to serve better chicken later
