“The gurl working at the time was super friendly she asked every single customer who their day was going! She was super friendly. I wish I had gotten her name because I would have given a shout out to her fr. Having a good customer service experience is important. We need to remember to tip the employees their jobs matter just as much as the next job or person. It shows appreciation as we all know they don't run into the friendliest people sometime and still have to keep a professional manner. I used to work retail, so I understand it! It was early in the morning and she handle her job with grace. Great job!!!

“This is, without question, the nicest Carls Jr Ive ever visited.

Several times while stopping in, I've encountered the most pleasant and professional employees. They are always cheerful, helpful and appear to really enjoy working at this location with one another; and serving the customer. Outstanding customer service by Yadira, Lorena, Flower and Chris.

The food is always hot, fresh and bountiful. The cooks take the time to make it right.

Carls Jr should take note of this franchise and model their other locations after this one on Thompson Blvd.

“I ordered a steamer combo. The meat was cold and full of gristle. I brought it to the attention of the cashier. She was unable to correct the problem but would bring it to the attention of the manager. There has been no response even after contacting the customer service department. The email and conversation are chat bots. The meal was very disappointing. $18 lost. The complaint was passed back to the store management, but there has been no response.“

“I used to work at the mall and this was my go-to place to get food, they have different things to choose from. Best fresas con crema, AMAZING ! I work at Cam now and i literally go to ventura just for the fresas con crema. The crepes are so good, and the owners are really nice. Totally recommend this place for a quick grab and go or for a lunch break.“

“Haven't "dined in" for several years at any classic fast-food with a drive up until this stop. The dining room was exceptionally clean, as was the bathroom. The fries I got were not fresh. Pretty basic seating area with no real views, was not very inviting.“

I sure miss Tommy's Burger the whole time.
My suggestion is to expand your locations all across the US.
Why not sell franchise's,
So I can get these Great Cheese Burgers in every state of the USA.
Everyone that visits me from out of the LA area,
I make it a point to introduce them to Tommy's Burgers and everyone falls in love with them.
And they all insist that they stop by Tommy's Burgers for a final Double Cheeseburger, before the fly out of town.“

“Today is a rough day, day after the elections, everything is on fire. Emotions are high, evacuations are happening. I stop by to grab dinner for myself and Ricardo takes my order. They do not have employees standing outside, taking orders and even though it took a little longer than usual, I was so happy to see that they did not have kids standing outside in these miserable windy smoke filled conditions. What a responsible thing to do. Ricardo was so polite and so kind And I told him how happy I was that they were not standing outside and he told me that someone was angry because it took so long to get their food. Who is mad at a fast food restaurant during these difficult times? I couldn’t believe it. He was so sweet and chatted with me for a moment at the window while my food was getting ready. We had a lovely exchange and he even gifted me a brownie! What a sweetheart. There is still hope for this world. Ricardo reminded me of that today. Thank you, for the few kind words and a reminder that life is good.“

“The food was good, ordered the Mango freeze but didn't realize they are so small for the price. They are really good only wish I would have known if they had larger sizes. The person taking the orders and at the window were very polite which is surprising compared to other fast food drive thrus.“

I had to wait and I was fine with it because I was there before time. An employee offers free cookie and made it before pick up time. Not writing this review for a free cookie.
