“I tried the new western chicken sandwich. The chicken was so juicy and tender. It tasted like i just pulled it off the smoker. I know restaurants vary from location to location but this restaurant nailed it. I would recommend and buy it again.“

“My mom and I stopped in for lunch this afternoon and were pleasantly surprised by our experience. The dining room was clean and tidy and we were greeted by a friendly man at the counter. I heard him speak Spanish and decided to impress him with my bilingual skills. I ordered in Spanish and then we had a nice conversation in his native language. According to the receipt, his name was Luciano and he made our whole lunch experience extremely enjoyable and I will definitely be coming back!“

“Fairly slow location because it's out of the way. Never had an issue with customer service or cleanliness or the Food Service here. Use it on a frequent basis for snacks for the little man.“

“Absolutely great experience. I was waiting on my car to get serviced at America's Tire across the parking lot. Ordered my food via the Subway App, waited till it said it was 'ready' and walked over, picked up my order from the mobile order rack and sat down and ate in the dining area.
Very easy ordering, absolutely delicious sandwich, and very chill, clean, and calm dining area.

“I've been coming to Tommy's since the early '70s when I was in highschool. Back then we'd go to the original shack on Beverly and Rampart. Such fond memories! Yesterday was the 80th anniversary celebration, which I missed, so I had to get a chill burger today. I'm glad I waited, since the pictures they showed me looked like cars were lined up for a whole block. There aren't many things that are as good from over 50 years ago when I started going to Tommy's, but the chili and burgers definitely stand the test of time“

“Good taste, but prices are becoming outrageous. Employees are usually nice, although sometimes seem unsure of things. I don't mind if they take a little extra time to clarify th8ngs with me or as a supervisor about something...that's a part of learning. It bothers me when they ask specifically how much of something I'd like and then don't accommodate. Then DON'T ASK?
Overall, I'd still rate pretty high for fast food.“

“Best customer service from all subway. I always order online and pick up my subway from this store. I went before pick up time and they were working on it. I had to wait and I was fine with it because I was there before time. An employee offers free cookie and made it before pick up time. Not writing this review for a free cookie. But, happy with service and vegetable quantity.“

“Quick and efficient drive-thru. Seems to move faster than other Del Taco's in California. Pleasant cashier; smiley, kind. I think it's the first Del Taco that hasn't watered down their sodas soo far... So I'm very glad and will be back again when I need this quick drive-thru. Thank you.“
