Food is always amazing, feel like I can eat every meal there.Reason I took off a star is because some time ago, I found a hair in my sandwich. They compensate me fairly, but was still a really unpleasant experience.Regardless, I still go to this particular restaurant frequently
This is the first time in years that I ate a sub from Firehouse subs and after finishing I want more.I just have one word to describe the experience....perfect!!!We order take out, and after arriving at my place, the sub was still warm and the bread did not get saggy.In general, the sub was excellent and I can't wait to go again and try a different one.

Great subs brisket sub and hook and ladder subs are the bestStill to notchBut the service was sub par. cashier did not know how to use my points for a purchase last time I was told they sent the code to My email does no good if I'm in store.
