Used to love this place and all the sides!! After getting a tour during the holiday( max overdrive) of Thanks and seeing behind the curtain at all elves helping and the hustle n bustle n sloppyness I will never order them ham at holiday rush time again...rest of the year yes...Nov - Jan NOPE!
What a whirlwind. I went to pick up my meal and oh my goodness!!! The line was down to the auto parts store on the other side of the shopping center! I waited 2 hours to pick up my reservation. It was worth it. I made friends in line and when I got to pick up my food Sal once again was my greeter and his runner Andrew were working in great synchronicity. I was impressed!
