I used to like this Honeybaked Ham location. I went in today to pick up some ham by the pound slices and some sides. They told me they would not sell me the slices unless I ordered them ahead of time. There were seven employees there with two customers in the store. In the past, they would have sliced some ham if they were sold out, but they actually had the ham available. They just wouldn't sell it today, three full days before Easter. I'm a longtime customer in their Loyalty Program, but I don't know if I'll be returning.

I don’t normally take time to write reviews but felt I needed to after all of the hard work the staff visibly put in over the Holidays.I was there when the machines went down and saw that the staff was working hard to take care of every single person in line and keep us informed of the status of things.It was frustrating for the business to have issues the day before Thanksgiving but what was controllable by the staff was being handled with great efficiency and care.I am from out of town and had wanted to pick up a ham on my way to family for Thanksgiving.I had expected that I may encounter a line given it was the day before Thanksgiving but was surprised to see just how long the line was.Because there was a huge line I walked inside to see what was going on and noticed that there were cashiers at every register helping customers. Can’t really complain about a line when every available register is being used.There was a nice lady walking the line, I think her name was Sue, who was doing her best to answer questions and make sure people were in the correct line.When I got to the front of the line I was helped by Christy who was amazing and professional.I appreciate that even though it was busy she noticed I had reserved a quarter ham and explained to me the cost difference between the more expensive quarter hams and the half hams.We were able to get me a much bigger ham for almost the same price I would have paid for the smaller quarter ham. So I now have leftovers I can look forward to in my freezer.I have read some of the reviews and understand people’s frustration about glaze issues ( given there was an issue with the machine and the staff was very transparent about what was going on and the work they were doing to get it fixed) but I don’t understand posting a poor review without giving the business a chance to rectify the situation.While I feel corporate could do a much better job ensuring the stores have enough room to care for their holiday traffic ( that store seems way to small to handle that kind of holiday traffic), I feel like the manager did a great job ensuring the workers in the store were doing what they could to keep things going and get people cared for.We will come back for sure.

Used to love this place and all the sides!! After getting a tour during the holiday( max overdrive) of Thanks and seeing behind the curtain at all elves helping and the hustle n bustle n sloppyness I will never order them ham at holiday rush time again...rest of the year yes...Nov - Jan NOPE!

What a whirlwind. I went to pick up my meal and oh my goodness!!! The line was down to the auto parts store on the other side of the shopping center! I waited 2 hours to pick up my reservation. It was worth it. I made friends in line and when I got to pick up my food Sal once again was my greeter and his runner Andrew were working in great synchronicity. I was impressed! They were up beat as all the rest of the team. I came by the day after Thanksgiving to get more sweets and Bre helped me out and informed me that you experienced a power outage on Thanksgiving day and lost all the hams turkeys and sides that were prepared! I was in shock. I was so sad for the loss of product but she made my day and was very sweet and kind. I saw so many negative reviews and this is not like this location at all. I come here several times a week and that isn't their service let alone their fault. They're always so professional and I truly believe the ones spewing negativity are lacking compassion and understanding in their own lives. These kids do their very best and are always stellar. Things break. Things go wrong. It's not about placing blame it's about compassion and understanding. Communicate your needs and they will more than be happy to assist you! I appreciate you guys!!!

We pre ordered a 10lb ham for thanksgiving like we always do and the day of when we unwrapped it , noticed there was no glaze. So shocked not to see our ham with glaze. Super disappointed that not one person said anything in the store. And I waited over 40 minutes in line to pick it up with such mayhem going on. Not knowing what line I should be standing in. To me it was very unorganized.

I've bought hams from them for years and am always happy with them. This was my first time buying a whole roasted frozen turkey and it did not disappoint. Thawed it for a few days and baked as instructed. Moist and delicious turkey- not salty or processed. Gourmet. Might be a new tradition!
