“In an area where there aren’t many vegan restaurants to begin with, it’s great to have one with so many options! It was tough to choose from all their savoury offerings. The fry bread had a nice texture and good toppings. The nachos were a big portion and came with a nice guacamole. Their own dessert, a chocolate cheesecake, was a bit disappointing though. But they do have Jokerz/Mahalo/etc if you want something for your sweet tooth. Updated from previous review on 2026-10-11“

Dining area: Small place but cozy. Food: delicious!
The staff was very attentive and the food quite tasty. They chefs and cooks go the extra mile to please your eyes with the decorations on the food. Price are very reasonable and overall experience was 5 starts.“

“I have to say this place is an amazing find and treasure. My husband was stationed in Greece for two years and while he was there we travelled to visit. While there we had some amazing food and oh boy do we miss it. Nothing compares to authentic Greek Cuisine and this place has it. From the Gyro to the bakery items, this place made me feel like I was back in Greece. I definitely recommend trying it out and falling in love. We will be forever customers ❤️“

“Hands down BEST sushi in Ventura! We come here at least once a week. Highly recommend parking along the street, catching sunset on the beach, then coming here for dinner. Although everything I’ve ordered here has been excellent, my very favorites are the Avocado Bomb (the best I’ve ever had) and the Sushi House Roll. “I had jury duty at the Ventura courthouse and when I was through, I was starving so I decided to go to eggs and things I ordered the chorizo, scrambled eggs, and English muffin with strawberry raspberry preserves and then of course you get the Swedish pancake, which is exactly why I’m so obsessed with this place. The service was spectacular. I got iced tea to drink. I never waited for anything. Everything was always there. The owner of the of the restaurant was so nice. Make sure everything was good. “I was first introduced to Bright Spark In March at the Ventura Beer Experience. We talked with a lovely couple behind the table and tasted Day Trip, which has become my all-time favorite. We were introduced to a concept called Musical Bingo that day, and I was delighted to make my first visit to the brewery on my 55th birthday in May. Every single one of the employees there was kind, gracious, and warm. The food was absolutely amazing and the Musical Bingo is so much fun! I got the Filet Mignon and it melted in my mouth it was so flavorful and not too strong on the sauce it danced on my mouth. The atmosphere was very intimate. if you have an anniversary or date night please do yourself a favor and come here. It is on the expensive end, but you get every single dollar worth of food, every single dollar worth of service. I cannot recommend this place enough“
