Tried and True Local Mexican Food! Every visit, we are greeted with warm smiles, and we enjoy catching up with the familiar faces of both the cooks and waitstaff, some of whom we've known for years. Even though we're not considered regulars, this has become our top choice for Mexican cuisine in Ventura. Give it a try; you won't be disappointed!Parking: There is a dedicated parking lot for Tepatitlan next to the building and there is parking along the street directly in front.
This place is always good. The drinks and good are superb. The waiter who helps us is always cool. Idk his name but he has curly hair and a beard. Always comes to check on us and makes sure we have everything we need. The menudo is really good here. Hard to find a spot that makes it right. Hopeful they can expand one day because I really would like to frequent this place in other cities.

4.7 stars is selling this place short! This is hands down the best most authentic Mexican food I have had in a long time. The food was so flavorful. I had a shrimp burrito and my wife had the combo plate with cheese enchilada, taco, and chili relleno. The chips and salsa didn't stop and one of the guys came by and asked if we liked spicy salsa.... yes please. He brought us a habanero salsa that was not just straight fire. It had so much flavor.
