“I ordered mutton kebab. Everything was good except the mutton kebab was not tender; the meat was not marinated with garlic, ginger, onion and vinegar before cooking.
At the head of the cooks was a beautiful Indian girl who seemed to be trying to keep the customers happy.“

Tempura was a bit greasy, miso soup salty and dressing on Bento box was not the traditional type, it tasted like store bought dressing. Yellowtail was good but didn’t like the sweeter sauce they put under it. Again it wasn’t bad but I don’t think I’ll return.“

“Got a chance to place an order with Kendall today I couldn’t believe how easy it was we had an eggplant sandwich I had a gobbler burger(turkey) and there were two other meals that I couldn’t even dream of knowing well to pronounce but they were all delicious my gobbler burger came exactly as I wanted when I went to pick it up he was ready so it wasn’t cold perfect. The flavor of the goblin burger was like one of those things were one by just kept welcoming the next they were incredibly friendly we enjoyed washing it down with some good old fashion kombucha… Although I have no idea what all the fashion kombucha is because I only became aware of it two years ago so we’re just going to go with that. But I will say this they were very friendly the service was very good and I’ll go back there again“

“Wanted to try something new in the area and stumbled upon this place for dinner. Overall it was great as there was a huge menu on the wall and the place was well decorated with lanterns with sakura trees. It’s a place where you would come to for something quick. I dined-in since traveling with a bowl of hot udon isn’t ideal. Service was great!

I ordered the Udon with Tempura Shrimp and asked the person at the cashier what they recommend as an appetizer and he stated that the Potstickers were a usual go-to which is what I got. The price for the udon was fairly priced, but maybe not for the potstickers. However, I do understand the economy so it’s reasonable, I guess…

The udon noodles were nicely textured and had 2 pieces of narutomaki (maybe not enough in my opinion). Wasn’t sure what the other things in the udon was but it melted quick. The tempura shrimp are similar to the ones I get at Costco. I believe I was 75% full after eating that complete meal which is a good percentage.“

“Food and service were incredible!! First time here and in Siem reap and it didn’t disappoint. We were the last customers and they were so sweet and attentive and the presentation was amazing. I wish I didn’t eat prior to this because I didn’t get a chance to try all the delicious dishes but my bougie significant other loved it and he’s super choosy when it comes to his sushi. We met the chef and such a sweet and humble person. The staff alone are all amazing. Highly recommended and it’s worth every penny!!! Can’t wait when I’m back in Siem Reap so I can stop by. “Our go-to thai place that we drive all the way from OC for. Portions are extremely generous, prices (for 2026) are super affordable ($15 for pad thai or pad see-ew, $5 for a huge thai tea)
If you come more than once the owner will remember you and your favorites. The chef lady in the back always wears gloves, an apron and a hair net. I really recommend their fried rice, garlic meat, and plum wine. The place is seldom busy or loud, so if you want a slow and relaxing dinner with hot hearty food - this is the place.“

“This place by far has the best pizza!! He uses high quality ingredients and I crave this place often. It is technically 2 shops next to eachother and has both indoor and outdoor seating. I feel like it is definitely a hidden gem because not many people know about this place, but anyone I know that has tried it agrees it truely is the best tasting pizza. I don't even live in Moorpark, but anytime I am near, I need to come here. I should have written this review sooner because it has been closed and I've been going through withdrawls. “We will not return. SOME staff is just too volatile & moody & rude. We have been going here often. The last straw was last Monday at 4:30 pm when the rude Korean waitress Sylvia (?) refused to seat us in the closest booths ( "No those are for employees "🤔) and then refused us another booth because we were only two people. Mind you we've sat at every booth many times every time because of our back issues. Even though I have a cane, she often makes us wait when the place is clearly dead. The only pleasant staff is Manny, Vanessa & the nice female Hispanic bus person. But Sylvia & the very gruff Chinese woman act like they are doing you a huge favor. I have overlooked their rudeness before, but this was it for us. Perhaps she doesn't like people line me with canes. We will go to Kyoto instead or Hai Sushi we do not need to be treated rudely.“

“My Mom and I were in Moorpark for the afternoon (from Oxnard) and happened, by chance, to land here—glad we did!

All the various meats you could want are on offer, with shrimp and fish dishes available, too. We considered the prices reasonable.

Mom ordered a taco salad; I had a big plate of nachos with the meat on top split: half carnitas and half Chile Verde [no other eatery has made a point of offering me this half & half option, btw].

A well stocked, complimentary, self-serve display of salsas, chips, and marinated vegetables was much appreciated.

Our dishes were promptly brought out to our table. Mom's taco salad was not large to look at, but was packed full—she kept commenting about how delicious and fresh everything was (I agree) and enjoyed her beef. My nachos were loaded: carnitas were crispy, not greasy, and with more flavor than I have experienced at other places; the Chile Verde was succulent and scrumptious with a tangy sauce.

For unpretentious Mexican fare, Taqueria El Tapatio was really a delightful surprise for us. We're not Moorpark locals, but will be back when we can.“

We have eaten there many times over the years, as their food is always DELICIOUS!!! I had their Miso Soup, Spring Greens Salad, 911 Roll, Lobster Roll, Shrimp Tempura, Fresh Water Eel, Spicy Scallop Hand Roll, Garlic Edamame, Yellowtail Sushi, and Salmon Sushi. And it was as it always is, fresh and delicious!!!! Definitely Simi Valley's best sushi restaurant!!!“

They have a huge selection of Japanese, Chinese, and Mongolian food for your dining pleasure, plus there are also different soups, salads, fruits, and of course desserts and ice creams!
