“I was first introduced to Bright Spark In March at the Ventura Beer Experience. We talked with a lovely couple behind the table and tasted Day Trip, which has become my all-time favorite. We were introduced to a concept called Musical Bingo that day, and I was delighted to make my first visit to the brewery on my 55th birthday in May. Every single one of the employees there was kind, gracious, and warm. The food was absolutely amazing and the Musical Bingo is so much fun! I have since been dragging people left and right there and recommending you guys because of what a great laid back family-friendly atmosphere it is. I will be back again and again and again. and I will bring everyone I can with me! 😊🎶🤘🏼“

“We had a great dinner at Prime for my birthday. We love the food & service. The only issue we had is we were charged $6 for club soda! I honestly feel this is way too much to charge a customer. We also sat at the table in front of the fireplace, it was raining & windy out, but the exit area in the patio where we were seated was the only area not covered from the cooler weather & the heater was broken. Luckily the fireplace kept a few of us warm but everyone else was cold. We would've moved but we were a party of 6 & had already ordered drinks and apps. & didn't want to get up and move.“

“It was my first time using the mobile app order and it's not clear from their signage that they want you to merge and use the window (the app even states to pull into a spot and someone will bring your order to you). So I parked and a few minutes later someone told me I needed to go back through the drive through line. By the time I made it back through to the window my order was cold and they had to remake it. I was super annoyed but the staff was very understanding and gracious, and added a sweet treat to my order for the inconvenience. I don't usually get sweets but it was a nice gesture and I appreciate the effort the team made to make things feel right. Would definitely come back to this location.“
