We had a great dinner at Prime for my birthday. We love the food & service. The only issue we had is we were charged $6 for club soda! I honestly feel this is way too much to charge a customer.
We also sat at the table in front of the fireplace, it was raining & windy out, but the exit area in the patio where we were seated was the only area not covered from the cooler weather & the heater was broken. Luckily the fireplace kept a few of us warm but everyone else was cold....read full review

Happy to see that although beef prices have skyrocketed, Prime continues to serve first quality meat at a reasonable price. Flavor and temperature was perfect; sides ample and delicious. The appetizer bacon wrapped shrimp on risotto is outstanding! We were celebrating a retirement and received a complimentary bread pudding and ice cream dessert with a candle - THANK YOU! Ambiance (black and white supper club) transports one out of Ventura to a dramatic movie set ... 🍸🌃

Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar offers an excellent dining experience with great food, incredible value, and friendly staff. The menu features impressive dishes, including standout options like pretzel bread and bacon-wrapped shrimp. The ribeye steaks are cooked to perfection, and the surf and turf with lobster tail is a highlight. Guests appreciate the three-course menu where each person can choose their appetizer, soup or salad, and entree. The filet mignon is noted for being perfectly cooked and very tasty, while the beef stroganoff and crusted Mediterranee Sea Bass are delicious. The patio is a wonderful spot for groups and offers a less noisy atmosphere than inside. The service is attentive yet unobtrusive, contributing to a lovely overall experience. Guests find the dining experience memorable and worth returning for.
