I love this Carl's Jr. I go late at night after work around 11 pm. The nice lady at the window always gives me exceptional service. The food is delicious! Thank you so much.
I was eager to taste the Diablo Burger today. However I was not in the mood for ground beef. When I was placing my order, I asked if it was possible to substitute chicken on my burger. The person taking my order was very polite, friendly and accommodating. She didn’t make a fuss and made my order just as I wanted. In my book that deserves a 5-star rating. It’s hard to get really good customer service these days. I am very appreciate and satisfied.
