“My review is 25 years old, and a little fuzzy from time.I ate here as a kid in the late 80s early 90s. I can only say, it was so good I randomly went searching for it years later.It is the burger, I compare all other burgers too. I'm salivating thinking about it now.I'm just shocked it's still here. And sooo jealous I don't live in the state anymore.Check them out!!!“

“Our nephew and his wife took us there today for breakfast. I had the Breakfast Burrito with brisket, and it was sensational! I’ve never cooked a brisket, and Tom kindly showed me two he smoked last night, both beautifully browned and crusty, and ready to be sliced across the grain. My husband had an egg and cheese croissant sandwich, and scarfed it down. We shared a huge glass of delicious orange juice. A breakfast to remember! And we’ll be back! Thanks, Tom and Dalton!“
“The food is to die for. The menu is super simple Burgers, Dog's and Tacos. The owner is so friendly and makes your food to your liking on the spot. The prices are great where can you get fed on 5 bucks. The Tacos are a must eat and the Burgers are to die for. I have not tried the Hot Dogs YET but I am sure they are just as amazing as everything else. This place is a must eat.“

“This place serves meals like hamburgers and fries , and has the BEST custard shakes! They have many flavors and types of shakes here, and the staff is great. I was new to the establishment, so a young, female employee explained everything enthusiastically to me. I appreciated that a lot. Decadent deserts, good food ..what's not to like? Restrooms included inside for customers and outdoor patio area available. Handicap accessible and parking available too. Great experience!“

“The Dairy Queen in Oxnard in The Rose Shopping Center is small. They don't sell burgers. They sell Chicken Strips, Popcorn Shrimp and Fries. The Dipped Cones are delicious and so are the Blizzards. They also sell Cakes, Cup Cakes and boxed Ice Cream pops. Very friendly staff and they bring your food to the table for you.“

“I’ve gone in multiple times with my family and have had some bad experiences there but lately it’s been great! We’ve had Fidel as our server these past couple times and he’s amazing! Always brings our Order accurately and is always quick to give us refills and to satisfy our needs! He’s the best server there! Food is great, ambiance was great, the bussers are always very nice as well and are always on top of everything. Best restaurant in the area.“

“Today I went to Carl’s Jr., and everything was absolutely great! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and clean. The staff greeted me with friendly smiles and took my order quickly and accurately. The food came out fresh, hot, and perfectly prepared — everything looked and tasted amazing. The burger was juicy and flavorful, the fries were crispy and golden, and the drink was ice cold, which made the meal even more satisfying. I also appreciated how tidy the dining area was and how the employees kept everything organized and spotless. It really showed that they care about their customers and take pride in their work. “I come here every weekend for my family and its so nice having people recognize me, they always give me my correct order even when I change it up. “Counter folks are nice and efficient, but the burgers are hit or miss. Yesterdays' was way overcooked, cheese was not melted and bun burnt. I ate it because I was in a rush but manager didn't respond in any way. Great location though in shopping center with dollar tree, ups & DD's discounts AND Goodwill. Restaurant needs to pay more attention because it wasnt busy at all and I had to request tables to be wiped down.“

“I usually find myself there during late night, as it's one of the (if not, pretty much THE) only places open 24 hours, so it'd be difficult to judge the inside atmosphere these days. Atmosphere of the drive-hru at night, though? Yeah, at worst, you'll see the enterage of drunken friends, nithing major; nothing bad.
The service is always awesome. The late night workers have always been really cool to me throughout the years, and I don't think I've ever had a bad or upsetting instance with any one of them.
The food is always what you want; never TOO much of anything (greasy or condiment overload), and never not enough that I can remember. Worst that's happened to me is I've gotten extra food lol if that happens, I recommend seeing if it belongs to those behind you; most of the time, it won't.“

“I love how their hamburgers and fries taste. Last time I was there, no cashier would come over to help me and when my order was ready nobody announced it. I had to go over and wait a good 3-5min for somebody to come over and ask me what I needed. So I ask if my order was ready and sure enough it was sitting on the counter for I don't know how long. That was upsetting for me because I like my fries as hot as they can be. I was also upset cause I was in a hurry and couldn't ask them to replace it cause that would imply spending more time there which I didn't have. But the hamburgers and fries are very delicious specially for what you pay.“
