The food is really good McDonald’s is fine

Im pretty sure this mcdonalds gave us food poisoning. I stopped by at 6pm and got some nuggets and fries, both my toddler and niece ate some. My niece is 6, and she was up at 11 pm throwing up with diarrhea and so was I. We threw up until nothing was left and even then, threw up phlegm. My toddler thankfully only ate a few fries and some nibbles of the nuggets but she still experienced light symptoms of an upset stomach.
